The Chantilly cream is certainly the strong point of this historic pastry shop in Pistoia. Absolutely worth trying. The best ever. Also worth mentioning are the tomato and caper pizzas and the zabaglione cream puffs. The millefeuille cakes with Chantilly cream and strawberries are the best. The best Chantilly cream I've ever eaten.

The sweet pieces are good, the savory ones are excellent (canapés, sandwiches, pizzas...). Fast and friendly service.
