04/10/2025: I'm writing this with the taste of the Super Gigante Gina Stuffed Calzone still on my palate, topped with 'nduja, artichokes, sausage, and spicy salami (basically what the waitress listed, imagining I'd choose from them!). This place is a dive into "I Love Berlinguer" or "West of Donald Duck" or "Madonna, How Quiet It Is Tonight," your choice. I'll be back ASAP! Highly recommended for quality and price!

03/11/2025: Guys, if you're ever in the Montecatini area, I can confirm, as I see many others have already done, that Libertine is truly worth the 5 stars I gave it with great pleasure and duty, because everything was perfect, from the cocktails and long drinks to the desserts, from the burgers to the first and second courses. Fair prices, excellent service, and friendly and empathetic staff, the quality of the products is truly high. Let me just say... the five-grain bread exceeds all expectations, the baked potatoes are exceptional... and if the four of us leave satisfied with what we ate and don't complain, we've reached the top. Well done, guys. Keep it up!

26/09/2025: I've been to this place three times for dinner and twice for aperitivo. The food isn't bad, and the atmosphere is nice, so we've been several times. For a cocktail bar, however, the drinks are expensive and watered down, and the owner was guilty of arrogance. €24 for two watered-down cocktails is excessive, and when I pointed it out, he wouldn't listen to us... too bad, you lost a customer for one drink. Make your cocktails better, and for that price, if a repeat customer isn't happy, you can offer them another, or find a more strategic marketing strategy instead of pretending nothing is happening. If you don't care about your customers, you think I don't care about returning to your place. So, food is fine, but cocktails are a no-no.

07/10/2025: The atmosphere is truly beautiful and welcoming. I tried the authentic "pirata" pizza and recommend it because the aroma alone is inviting and the combination of ingredients is excellent. The portions are truly satisfying and the menu offers a rich and varied selection. The service is impeccable; we felt at ease; everyone was kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

16/07/2025: Our evening began with a warm welcome from an exceptionally friendly team. Every dish, from our perfectly crafted pizzas and crisp, fresh salad to the delightful sweets, was a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality. We were particularly impressed by the superb desserts, which were a highlight. The restaurant's beautiful atmosphere, complemented by its tasteful decoration and nice cleanliness, made for a truly enjoyable experience. We'll definitely cherish the memory of this wonderful evening!

05/10/2025: An unpleasant incident that left me truly perplexed, and for which I wouldn't recommend this place. I went to this pizzeria-restaurant and ordered a sandwich with hamburger, lettuce, tomato, grilled vegetables, and stracciatella. During the meal, some lettuce had fallen onto my plate, and only after I'd finished the sandwich (and I emphasize only after I'd finished the sandwich, if you read carefully; I hadn't noticed before, since the lettuce had fallen onto my plate) was I about to eat it when I noticed a dead bug on that lettuce (and if it's dead, it obviously won't move). It was a bug with legs, not a burnt piece of eggplant, as they would have you believe. I immediately notified the waitress, who went to report the incident to the kitchen. Shortly afterward, she returned, telling me that they'd told her to "don't worry, because they wash it." I don't doubt they wash it, but the fact remains that there was an insect on the plate. It can happen, of course, but what left me most disappointed was the complete lack of attention afterward: no one came to the table to apologize, nor was any kind of courtesy offered (a discount, dessert, any sign of consideration). I paid the bill in full, as if nothing had happened, and that's not at all an excuse to get a discount or anything else, because I don't need one. It's just a matter of knowing how to treat a customer. A real shame, because the place seemed welcoming and the sandwich was quite good—I say quite good because there was more salt than was appropriate… but an incident like that, handled so superficially, truly leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

24/08/2025: We dined at Remo's during our visit to the area and were pleasantly surprised. The meat and mushrooms were truly excellent, with generous and carefully prepared portions (the "dinosaur"-sized steak for two was unforgettable!). The children were delighted with the simple, tasty dishes, a sign of the special attention paid to families. The owner was friendly and helpful, treating us with great care even though we were just tourists passing through. The bill was fair, around €130 in total, absolutely in proportion to the quality and quantity. A positive experience that I recommend without hesitation!

20/09/2025: I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, recommending, like a nun in church repeating it over and over again, not to use chocolate or nuts because a girl was allergic to these foods (I ordered a mille-feuille with Chantilly cream and strawberries). Of course, what was the writing on it made of? Chocolate, of course. In response, the older lady told me that the writing was made with chocolate and that they understood they shouldn't have put it in the cake. I reiterated that a girl was allergic, and that they should have warned me of this when ordering and I would have done something else, like a sheet of sugar paste (they have sugar paste printers). Then, slyly, the lady said to me, "Have the top part removed very carefully...", and I said, "But, ma'am, there's a risk of contamination." Then she said, "There wasn't good communication with the pastry chef." In the end, there was NO apology, and I had to pay for an extra dessert at the pizzeria, because obviously I didn't want to take any risks. I'm very disappointed. Be careful when making special requests, especially if you have allergies or intolerances.
