31/07/2025: Yesterday, upon arriving in Montecatini Terme, we had lunch here and enjoyed it so much that we immediately made a reservation for the evening. The food was good, the price was right, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely go back. We had ravioli, pizza diavolo, and spaghetti bolognese.

30/07/2025: Beautiful place. The pool reception organization left you wanting. Even though I had booked, my last name was nowhere to be found, neither at the desk nor the pool receptionist. The organization left you wanting for the price we paid for two people: €180 (pool + lunch). The only strong point is the guy (perhaps the manager) at the restaurant, who knew his stuff and was very kind. I gave the service one star overall, but I'd give the waiter 5 stars. What a shame!!!

25/07/2025: I've been to this pizzeria, but I didn't get a chance to try anything, so I can't judge the food. We left before even sitting down—and thank goodness: money shouldn't be spent in places where rudeness reigns supreme. As soon as we arrived, we asked to dine outside (it's July, after all!), but we were told a firm "No," without any explanation. Inside, moreover, there was only a fan—not even a hint of air conditioning. Without being escorted to a table (and with the room practically empty), we sat at the first available table. However, a waiter immediately came over and said, "Not here, it's reserved," without further instructions. We moved to the next table, but all this could have been avoided if they had welcomed us properly. The best part comes later: as soon as we're seated, we open the menu, and not a moment later, a waitress comes to take our order. I ask for more time, since we'd only just begun to look at the menu. A few moments pass, and she comes back again. I politely ask her to come back later. When we've finally made our choice, I call her, but she ignores me three times. My husband, shocked, gets up and we leave. Rude, rude. We're customers—those who spend. But some people don't even deserve a second chance. Never again: I prefer to spend where I'm welcomed with courtesy and where professionalism is the order of the day.

26/06/2025: The first waiter slammed the menu on the table without eye contact, another waiter was a lot more polite, and took our order properly. Cosy terrace, a bit of a parade street, so plenty to look at, unfortunately on the other side the thermal baths that this city is so proud of, but which are all badly dilapidated, and which are fenced off.

21/06/2025: Negative experience in every sense, slow service, unprofessional and not even qualified staff, poor and old food, limited wine availability, prices not balanced to what they offer you, not recommended.

30/03/2025: Iniziamo col dire che se valutassi solo la pizza avrei dato 4 stelle, infatti è molto buona e digeribile però, c'è un però, anzi anche più di uno. Locale un po' trascurato e che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di pulizia in più, ambiente con molta puzza di vapori di cucina, quando siamo arrivati a casa avevamo i vestiti che puzzavano di fritto, cameriera che non ha aperto bocca per tutta la sera, non che sia importante dialogare col cliente ma insomma, avevamo preso un antipasto e mentre stavamo mangiando l'ultimo boccone con una mano ti sfilano il piatto di sotto il naso e con l'altra ti porgono la pizza, mentre stavamo mandando giù l'ultimo boccone di pizza sono lì a chiederti se vogliamo altro. Praticamente in mezz'ora poco più (non esagero) abbiamo mangiato, non amo certamente passare tutta la sera a tavola ma così è veramente eccessivo. Dimenticavo, anche il prezzo oltre alla pizza è molto buono, peccato perché con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe un locale veramente competitivo, magari c'è chi non ci fa caso ma io amo valutare non solo quello che mangio ma tutto il resto e questo fa perdere molti punti nella valutazione finale.
