15/02/2025: Given the special evening (Valentine's Day), and the sacrosanct right to work as much as possible when there is the opportunity. Rather important take away order placed the day before, with a set time of 8.45pm. The result was an hour's delay, only thanks to the fact that we had threatened to leave everything there, as we were not given an answer to the preparation times. I also underline that when given the ultimatum to cancel the order I was told that it was ready, which was clearly nonsense, as they made us wait another good 10 minutes. The gesture of repair with a discount voucher to apologize was appreciable, unfortunately not real as when we arrived home we did not find part of the order, in this case several packs of nigiri. It's a shame to leave a negative review, but you should work with an awareness of your potential, and not be guilty of entrepreneurial greed, otherwise the quality of the service becomes embarrassing. Simply putting a stop to the orders, I would have understood the difficulties and ordered elsewhere.

15/02/2025: Premesso la serata particolare (San Valentino), e sacrosanto il diritto di lavorare il più possibile quando c'è l'opportunità. Ordine take away piuttosto importante inoltrato il giorno prima, con orario stabilito alle 20 e 45. Risultato un ora di ritardo, solo grazie al fatto di aver minacciato di lasciare tutto lì, in quanto non ci veniva data risposta ai tempi di preparazione. Inoltre sottolineo che all'ultimatum di annullare l'ordine mi veniva risposto che fosse pronto, palesemente una fesseria, in quando ci hanno fatto aspettare altri 10 minuti abbondanti. Apprezzabile il gesto di riparazione con uno sconto per scusarsi, purtroppo non reale in quanto arrivati a casa non abbiamo trovato una parte dell'ordine; nella fattispecie diverse confezioni di nigiri correttamenti messi nello scontrino. Dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma si dovrebbe lavorare con coscienza delle proprie potenzialità, e non peccare di ingordigia imprenditoriale altrimenti la qualità del servizio diventa imbarazzante. Imbarazzante come la fila di persone che aspettanavano un tavolo, l'ordine a domicilio o la fila di rider delle varie consegne a domicilio. Semplicemente mettere un punto a gli ordini, avrei capito le difficoltà e ordinato altrove. Niente da eccepire riguardo ai prodotti, ma sicuramente non tornerò.

22/03/2025: A chance stop on our way to Citta di Castrillo brought us to this restaurant. Nothing to say! We had lunch with a fillet of beef in pink peppercorn sauce. Excellent! Tender! The cooking was perfect. The selection of sides is wide and can satisfy everyone. I would add that the place is clean. What more could you ask for? We often pass through Montecatini, and we will definitely make it a stop in the future.

13/02/2025: Piccolo ma sorprendente, materie prime di qualità e proposte non banali, qualità della carne del burger eccellente, focaccia al lardo, noci e miele buonissima, dessert non da meno, i cannoli ricotta e pistacchio strepitosi. Bravi, sulla Sala mancava un posto così.
