Very well located for a stopover on a group trip

For a 3-star hotel, it's good for two people to stay in. The only downside is that the elevator is small. We came here via Yeogi Eottae Tour.

We stayed here when we came on a tour. They have air conditioning that keeps the rooms ice-cold in the summer.

We have stayed at the Terme Pellegrini hotel several times and I have nothing but praise for it. From the staff, who are extremely kind and accommodating, to the rooms, which are always clean and tidy, and not to mention the location - on the main square in Montecatini Terme. All recommendations! 😊

Overall satisfactory. The restrooms were inconvenient and the surrounding area noisy. The service and welcome were excellent. The food was decent but nothing special.

I stayed one night with a December package, and overall, it was clean and nice. I used a shower filler and used the 220v outlet.

I stayed here as part of a package. Previous reviews had me worried about bedbugs and cleanliness, but it was very clean. The room felt a little cold, but I think it was because of the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was free of bedbugs. Breakfast was good, and dinner was delicious. And the staff were very friendly! However, there's a dog in the lobby, but he's not tied up and roams freely. It's not always the case; a staff member brings him along, so if you're afraid of dogs, it's best to avoid him. Oh, and the location is great. There's a supermarket and a merry-go-round right down the main road, which is nice! There's also a pharmacy nearby. I'm very satisfied!
