Simple and clean place We ate a delicious thin, crispy pizza with a good crust The menu intrigued us with a mix of Tuscan and Chinese dishes, which we'll definitely try next time.

Stopping at Franco's on the way to and from Abetone is a huge must for me. One of the restaurants where I feel most at ease overall, and the pizza is delicious. Great-priced and very varied menu. More restaurants like this in the world! Thanks Franco

27/06/2026: This place, which I frequent regularly, is located in an area with good parking. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. You can find your favorite spot here, and at lunchtime they have a kitchen where you can order any dish! And finally, aperitifs of all kinds! I highly recommend this place.
30/05/2026: Don't miss their maritozzo with cream—if you can find it, because it literally sells out! Exceptional! When passing through the Sant'Agostino industrial area, stopping for an excellent macchiato and a guilty pleasure...is a must!

17/05/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizzas cooked by the owner, Mr. Massimo. In business since 1990.
07/04/2026: The pan pizza is fantastic; it's become a weekly staple. The cecina is also very good. The pizza chef and his staff are always very friendly, even when faced with very complex orders. Pizzas are also available for those with lactose intolerance. The menu is extensive, so even those who don't eat animals or animal products will find a good selection, beyond the usual vegetarian option without mozzarella or marinara.
