We dined outside on the heated patio; it was peaceful and warm. The service was fast and punctual.
The pizza is very thin and crispy, light, perhaps not light enough for some. My son would have eaten two!
01/01/2026: All in all, the pizza was good, but the service was shameful.
The girl served us two fruit juices. We opened both, and one of them was no longer vacuum-sealed, because the cap didn't resist opening it at all. I asked the girl at the counter if they had opened it, and she said no. I pointed this out, and the young lady replied, "I heard the noise from here...", referring to the typical noise made when opening a bottle with an airtight cap. Implying who knows what...
Naturally, the
noise was from the other juice, which also happened to be the wrong flavor.
These people should learn to stand behind the counter, because being in front of a public place isn't really their thing.

04/01/2026: The best place in Pistoia; if you keep going to La Sala, it's only out of habit. The location is beautiful, a glassed-in greenhouse in the middle of a park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have excellent wines, beers, and cocktails. The pizza is delicious. The brunch is fantastic. The midweek lunches are wonderful. The background music is always pleasant, so you can chat without having to shout. In the summer, you have the park, in the winter, the greenhouse with the stove on... I mean...

21/12/2025: A simple but clean and welcoming place. Excellent service. The tuna, egg, and mayo sandwich in its soft bread is sublime. And don't even get me started on the pastries and viennoiseries... The puff pastry of the turnovers is perfectly crisp and beautifully caramelized. The brioche croissant is worthy of the finest French brioches. Don't hesitate to make the detour if you're nearby or on the highway; it's well worth it. I did, and I don't regret it.
20/11/2025: A fantastic little village restaurant, exactly as it should be, where you feel free to pop in even for a glass of water.
The display case is stocked with savory delicacies and excellent pizza by the slice. A kind and courteous lady at the counter. Plenty of seats and tables available, convenient parking. Excellent!!

27/09/2025: The pita bread and pizzas are very good, but they're expensive. There's no draft beer, and a €2.50 cover charge is too much to eat with just a placemat and paper napkin. There are better options in Pistoia.
24/09/2025: Excellent experience. Looking at the place from the outside (it was originally a bakery), you wouldn't expect all the rooms inside (and even a few outdoor tables) to be so charming. The staff was very friendly; before the pizzas, they brought us some really excellent schiacciatina slices, a particularly appreciated gesture that not everyone does. The pizzas were truly exquisite, slightly larger than the average size, and were truly delicious. They even passed the "night test," where we didn't need to drink 14 liters of water to digest them. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

15/12/2025: I stopped for lunch. The fixed-price lunch was €15. All-inclusive: cover charge, first course, second course, and water. I ate well and quickly. I was able to choose from 6 different first courses and 6 different second courses.
The snack bar shares access with the bar. It's accessed via a short corridor with two coin-operated machines. The restroom is large and wheelchair-friendly. The restaurant is located entirely on the ground floor.
