The best place in Pistoia; if you keep going to La Sala, it's only out of habit. The location is beautiful, a glassed-in greenhouse in the middle of a park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have excellent wines, beers, and cocktails. The pizza is delicious. The brunch is fantastic. The midweek lunches are wonderful. The background music is always pleasant, so you can chat without having to shout. In the summer, you have the park, in the winter, the greenhouse with the stove on... I mean...

This is a place unlike any other traditional restaurant. The menu is very limited, and the staff is indifferent but courteous. In winter, it's pleasant to sit in the conservatory.

Welcoming place, very kind and friendly staff. We had pizza. I don't like thick pizzas with thick crusts, but just ask for thin and thin and they'll make it for you! Excellent! The pizza was really good and had lots of toppings.
