27/07/2025: Welcoming place, friendly and very courteous staff. It was recommended to us by the B&B where we were staying, and I must say we were very pleased. We went back for dinner the second night. The local food was delicious, including the game, which was divinely cooked. I also wanted to try the pizza, which was very thin and easy to digest. I'm really happy I tried this little place, and I highly recommend it!

12/03/2025: The pizzas are good, the usual thing cannot be said about the service. Rude and grumpy employees. I understand that they are volunteers but for this very reason if they have to treat people badly they better not do this volunteering.

06/07/2025: The food is really very good, especially the pizzas, thin and crispy, which do not weigh you down too much. They also pay a lot of attention to the quality of the food, such as fresh mushrooms etc. even if it sometimes means that they do not have what you ask for, either because it is not in season or because they had few or in general it was not a good year for that food. The location is simple but very welcoming, with a family atmosphere that puts you at ease. The tables are large, which is not a given since I often find myself in restaurants where everyone is crowded together. In addition, as soon as you leave the restaurant, a truly splendid landscape view opens up before you. It's a shame about the ban on animals, but I appreciate that it is specified at the time of booking, so as to avoid any unpleasant situations. I recommend it to everyone, it is now a certainty, I have been going there since I was little and every time I find a place and every time I feel good, thank you ☺️

27/06/2025: Ideal place for a trip out of town, courtesy is at home, really good pizza, I took a TRINITÀ that I really recommend to everyone, tasty, well stuffed, and excellently leavened, professional and well prepared service, table setting with tablecloths difficult to find nowadays, comfortable environment, I will definitely return to appreciate other delicacies.

29/07/2025: Perfect food meets everyone’s need. A lot of vege options, variety of fish options and pastas. Delicious as anything. In our 1 week of Pistoia region we went there 4 times for lunch. Smiling and very helpful staff. Fresh food and plenty of parking just outside the shop. If we are in the region I will definitely visit Rosticceria again.

08/07/2025: Every time I dine here, I'm always delighted. The ingredients are top-notch, the service is always prompt, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. One of the few places with truly good buffalo mozzarella.

15/07/2025: A very popular pizzeria in a charming spot in the Pistoia mountains. The pizzas are good, but it's a shame about the service, which can suffer a bit when it's fully booked. But in the summer, it's nice to be outside, and you'll want a sweater, while in Pistoia, it can be 35 degrees even in the evening.

18/07/2025: I have one rule: I never return to the same place. This rule no longer applies. I've been there twice already, and I'd gladly go back, and more than once. A fabulous place, rest, regeneration, and a recharge unlike any other place I've been. A wonderful place with fantastic and welcoming owners. The pool is large, sometimes you're alone, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. The view is breathtaking, and the space is so relaxing. I'll definitely be back again, and I already miss it.

17/07/2025: A wonderful, peaceful Tuscan hotel with a pool, beautiful views, and a cicada concert from morning till night in two large pine trees. The walks through the olive groves are also wonderful, though all uphill or downhill.

28/07/2025: It's a shame when you can sense the desire to shut down a long-established business. The owner is always rude and surly (as if we were doing her a favor). A table for 25 people. When it came to the bill, which was supposed to be Roman fare, some paid €30, others €25, and another €20 (we're not sure why). At the end, she even claimed someone hadn't paid and dismissed us in a very rude manner. It's a shame because we've always been there and always had a great time. Unfortunately, they won't see us again.

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

28/06/2025: We have been back to this lovely place twice already. The place is small but cozy and the ice cream is really good. We have tried various flavors, the cioccoarancio has become the husband's favorite while I want to try them all before choosing my flavor. The owner is very nice. We will have to go back also to try some sweets!!
