21/04/2026: Everything was fine as always, set for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner. August 2025 We went to dinner at Pinko one evening in August 2025 to plan and choose the dishes for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner. We had some new dishes. To start, we had the Sombrero appetizer, a large sheet of bread as big as the plate and filled with excellent prosciutto, a burrata, two fried pasta balls, and two tomato crostini... DELICIOUS! We continued with the seafood risotto, with mussels, baby octopus, cuttlefish, etc., which was also delicious. We then repeated these dishes in October for our anniversary party. For the October dinner, I'd like to thank all the dining room staff for their always prompt and punctual service, for their dedication to accommodating our every wish, for helping with the customary photos, and for livening up the party during the slower moments... Our friends were also very happy with both the food and the service. A huge thank you to everyone, especially to Mrs. Debora Bolino, the restaurant manager, who went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

08/04/2026: Nice pizzeria, excellent pizza with a nice crust. Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Normal prices. They don't just make pizza, they also make food.

26/12/2025: I'd happily linger on the pizza. (Baked in a Valoriani oven). Many types of pizzas available: classic pizzas, white pizzas, focaccia, pita bread... I had a stuffed focaccia and my partner had a pizza with porcini mushrooms. All washed down with a light beer. The dough was really good; soft and light, with a good cooking time that made both the focaccia and the pizza very crispy and tasty. The size was generous too! The variety of beers was also good. You can eat in. Good service. Highly recommended! A pleasant surprise! Well done! ✌️

27/04/2026: We had a wonderful lunch here. A very good and attractive menu. Something different for a change from the other restaurants on the square. Carefully selected meals. Highly recommended. Take the time to eat here. (If you are in a hurry, go to McDonald's.) And enjoy the atmosphere, both outside and inside. The lunch was fantastic. Prepared with love. If we ever return to the village, we will definitely eat here.

07/03/2026: From the outside, it looks like any other place, even a little small and cramped, but as soon as you step inside, you notice the magic it exudes: it's a welcoming environment, meticulously cared for, with knowledgeable, fast, and even friendly staff who know how to entertain you while your pizza arrives, prepared with your choice of "thick" or "thin" dough, always generously topped, and even custom-made toppings, should you want to swap one ingredient for another. Great for dinner, but also for a snack or, as I often do, for an aperitivo, with a slice of deliciousness and lighthearted conversation after a busy day.

22/04/2026: Nestled in the natural setting of Montalbano di Pistoia. A peaceful atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and refined and delicious cuisine. Must try.

11/05/2026: Honorable mention goes to the risotto. Amazing. The rest of the dinner was pretty average by comparison. Considering the elegance of the room with its beautiful round tables, it was a shame to dine at a tiny square table with one side propped up against a divider, which didn't even allow for freedom of movement.

08/05/2026: Disappointing experience, an hour and a half wait for a carpaccio and two slices of bread with anchovies. Staff unprepared for requests for vegetables or side dishes. The quality of the dishes served was appreciated, but the service needs improvement.
