22/12/2025: We went on the Friday evening before Christmas. There were many friends. They seated us in a small room with many tables forming a rectangle. For starters, we had fried pasta, Tuscan cured meats with prosciutto crudo, really good black olives. He made us amatriciana, beans all'uccelletto, fried potatoes, and four courses: steak, arugula, and wheat. And finally, we had dessert and coffee. We had a really good time, even if we were very welcoming and kind. Above all, they delivered the dishes very quickly. I will be back. The pizza is really good.

24/08/2025: A typical Tuscan restaurant frequented by locals. Simple and welcoming. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with special mention for the paccheri alla norcina, tagliata, and zuppa inglese.

16/10/2025: A very large bar, with outdoor tables as well, facing a park with a lake. They make very good artisanal ice cream, homemade biscuits, and then they have sweet and savory options for breakfast and quick lunches. In the evening they do aperitifs with appetizers. I recommend it to anyone who wants to meet up for a moment of company and relaxation.

08/03/2026: Fantastic atmosphere. Gabriella is very welcoming, kind, and friendly with her guests... the children are the stars, along with thousands of animals treated like royalty... a fantastic Sunday immersed in nature on a beautiful farm, and a truly delicious and plentiful lunch.

07/03/2026: An absolutely incredible day on the farm, with wonderful animals and people. We milked a cow and even made some cheese. The lunch was excellent, wholesome, and tasty! These are the things we need to support these days. Highly recommended!

22/03/2026: Very nice place with very kind owners. There's a piano that can only be played by those who are good at playing music, more than appropriate. I tried the pappardelle with Tuscan ragù, very good. The French fries were excellent. The bathrooms are very tidy and clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. There are also nice wooden benches with cushions for seating.

13/03/2026: Excellent restaurant serving Abruzzo/Lazio cuisine, featuring classic dishes faithful to tradition but with that extra touch that never hurts. The fresh, handmade pasta is their signature dish, with divine sauces and condiments. The arrosticini are tender and flavorful. The owner and his wife are both kind and welcoming. My only suggestion? Softer lighting would create a more appropriate and intimate atmosphere. The flavors, however, are so powerful that even this small flaw is forgiven!

13/04/2026: (This is the review I left a year ago) Excellent pizza. I recommend ordering the giant one since it's so good. Recommended. Unfortunately, I have to change my mind. I never write negative reviews about mistakes, because we all make mistakes. But this time, there wasn't a mistake. The last two times I've been there (in fact, the first time, I blamed it on a mistake, but the two times, it's just habit), the owners' courtesy has been lacking. Orders were taken "by heart," with a succession of errors in the dishes, without being corrected. And, even more painfully, the bill was steep, far different from what it actually was (listed in the price list, including cover charge). Even when I pointed it out, the owners didn't have the good sense to explain why. From a reference point, it will unfortunately become a place to forget. It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes remains consistently good.

19/04/2026: Super nice decor but rarely have you met a waiter who was so uninvolved and indifferent. Seemed completely off in relation to how the restaurant tries to create a cozy atmosphere with their decor. Boring food for the price. Definitely won't be back

18/04/2026: I corrected my review after yesterday's visit. I have visited this restaurant several times, yesterday surprised me in a negative way! I am writing with the thought that the owners will read and eliminate such mistakes in the future. What surprised me negatively - the table was set for us - one of the water glasses was torn. A big crack was dug in the side, the waiter did not notice it. We thanked him - he replaced it, it doesn't happen to anyone, nothing crazy. Then a new guy came, it looked like he was working in this industry for the first time, he simply chaotically placed the knife and fork on the table in front of everyone, he didn't even try to arrange them, because he hasn't learned it. When you hire new employees, you give them a briefing on how to set the table and how to serve customers, if you call yourself a restaurant. We ordered food - one dish was brought not what we ordered, the other three were correct. I ordered a bottle of red wine to accompany the dish - it was not brought! The waiter noticed this when we were already finished eating. He apologized several times that one of the new employees hadn't brought it, even though he had ordered it to be done. He called us for a drink after the meal, which was, of course, nice, but I didn't get red wine with the steak :( These are very gross mistakes in a restaurant that was in a slump at the time, mistakes can happen when there are a lot of customers, but not that many. Invest in your employees, some of them don't understand how to work in a restaurant at all. You are one of the central restaurants in the city, you will lose your customers like that!

12/04/2026: A quick visit to Pistoia for a spring evening... we stumbled upon this quieter place, compared to the noisy and crowded places near the square, and I must say that in addition to having a good meal, we found kindness and familiarity... we felt right at home.

08/03/2026: Great lunch I had here - anchovies and pasta with rabbit. The service guys did not seem very happy though.

18/01/2026: A historic restaurant opened 70 years ago. It's still family-run for generations. Recently renovated.

14/12/2025: Large, bright restaurant with a varied and extensive menu and excellent food quality. Prices aren't the cheapest, but it's a great setting for business dinners and large gatherings.
