07/04/2026: We ate there during our vacation. The restaurant is beautifully designed and the server was friendly. However, it took us quite a while (about 10-12 minutes) to choose our food, which made us feel like she was a bit annoyed, even though we were the only couple there. The food was a joke. The portions were tiny. I ordered ravioli for €18 and received exactly three pieces on my plate. Definitely not enough to fill me up! My boyfriend ordered gnocchi, and his portion was also very small. The food was barely seasoned and therefore simply not worth the money. For a water, a Coke, and the two small portions, we ended up spending €50. We wouldn't go there again.

15/02/2026: We dined on Valentine's Day with an à la carte menu. The place is very unique and beautiful. The service was excellent and fast. The dishes were excellent and of the highest quality. They weren't the typical menu, but they paired excellent ingredients, both in taste and presentation. Considering the quality of the products and the attentive service, the price was definitely excellent. Recommended for a lunch or dinner that's a little different from the norm.

09/03/2026: I've never been to this place, I really appreciate that dogs aren't allowed in (I should point out that I love animals), I understand that many dogs are better than many people, but entering a restaurant and finding 3 or 4 dogs or cats doesn't seem nice to me and isn't very hygienic, congratulations to the owners for this, I'll be going there very soon to eat.

22/10/2025: Stopped in for some paninis and pizza slices. All very tasty, and nice to eat them outside (indoor seating also available). The man working here also makes a coffee, cream, and chocolate drink he calls Moroccan Coffee (pictured below). We got 2 after the meal and were impressed! I recommend giving it a try. One small note - the address for this spot is Piazza del Duomo, 15. Currently on Google its location a bit ambiguous, but if you search for Piazza del Duomo, 15, its exactly location will be on the map.

14/04/2026: We found this charming trattoria by chance while walking around trying to decide where to eat! If I'm not mistaken, it's family-run, which is great. We ate really well, and I highly recommend it.

29/07/2025: Quick and punctual service, friendly staff. Prices were average. We ate a bit of everything, takeout. Everything was delicious, except for the fried foods, which tasted only greasy. Obviously, a very basic place, made for takeout. About €46 for 3 people Recommend. Updating my review: SWEET AND SOUR DUCK, amazing! Try it, it melts!

04/01/2026: The best place in Pistoia; if you keep going to La Sala, it's only out of habit. The location is beautiful, a glassed-in greenhouse in the middle of a park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have excellent wines, beers, and cocktails. The pizza is delicious. The brunch is fantastic. The midweek lunches are wonderful. The background music is always pleasant, so you can chat without having to shout. In the summer, you have the park, in the winter, the greenhouse with the stove on... I mean...

23/09/2025: Very elegant, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent. A restaurant where you can bring your girlfriend/wife for a lovely, elegant evening and make a great impression. It's obviously a bit more expensive than usual (two of us, with a 20% discount with The Fork, spent €120, ordering two appetizers, two first courses, one second course, and one wine).

16/01/2026: A relaxing weekend, although we found the indoor pool colder than other times. Breakfast was always top-notch, the rooms were clean this time, and our neighbors were noisy late at night, but that's due to the rudeness of the guests.

12/01/2026: Unfortunately, this hotel isn't up to its 4-star rating. At reception, the staff had to consult the manager to learn that a nine-year-old child, if accompanied by his or her parents, doesn't need identification: a waste of time that immediately created discontent. Upon arriving in our room, which initially appeared spacious and clean, we later discovered that the bathroom floor was covered in stains, which had never been removed and had already been reported by other guests, as confirmed by several previous reviews. It's shameful to sell a room in these conditions, and this speaks volumes about a management clearly "on the cheap," despite the advertised 4-star rating. Breakfast consists of low-quality supermarket products: packaged cakes and pies, definitely not up to the standard of a hotel of this caliber (and I repeat, we're talking 4 stars). The location is certainly very convenient for getting around, but everything else is paid for: the spa and pool are excluded from the price, when in many similar hotels they are included. In conclusion, I don't recommend it, especially considering the price paid.

25/02/2026: Very nice place with two entrances, inside and out. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended. Parking always available.
