12/03/2025: Cozy, warm and always pleasant place. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent dishes, many of which are made with local products. An obligatory stop when we go skiing in Abetone.

11/03/2025: After hearing about it, we tried the Neapolitan pizzeria AMORE & PASSIONE. Informal, simple, well-kept and bright place. Truly top-notch staff, very fast, courteous and professional. Here we tasted the real Neapolitan pizza, made with an excellent dough that makes it really soft and light (obviously cooked strictly in a wood oven). There were four of us and we had a sausage and friarielli, a tartufare, a reginella and a positano. What can I say... exceptional!!! Absolutely worth trying 👍🏻

10/03/2025: I absolutely do not recommend because they make fun of the customer. Last weekend I went with some of my friends and there were about twenty of us, with a reservation at 9pm and they let us in at 10pm. At the table they then had the courage to tell us that we could only take the 1/2 meter pizzas because they didn't have enough dough, when in reality we saw single pizzas pass by even well stuffed ones, furthermore they didn't give us the starters because they didn't have the stuff. And to apologize they only offered us a pizza with Nutella... and we have been going there for years, even with very large groups.

25/02/2025: Nice bar with lunch spot. Good and cheap lunch. A place that could be improved from the point of view of a warmer welcome.

23/03/2025: It all seemed to me to be on the edge of Sufficiency and I would have done without writing this review, but plates and glasses that smell of rotten eggs, no, not this. This in my opinion was a serious mistake and I write with the hope that they correct this error.

05/03/2025: They recommended this place to me, and I have to say I was surprised. Generous portions. I didn't give my all because I had ordered a grill, but it was almost exclusively shellfish (I could have asked but they could also have specified it) Anyway, all in all good. I'll be back.

24/09/2024: Questa trattoria si trova in posizione panoramica poco sopra il borgo di Spignana, nel comune di San Marcello Pistoiese in direzione Butale, località Montaglioni. La Fattoria è una oasi di pace, a conduzione familiare. Locale curato, sfizioso, pulito ed accogliente con ampia veranda esterna. Vengono proposti piatti di qualità, ben cucinati con prodotti locali e genuini del proprio allevamento Savigni. Ottimi antipasti. Personale gentile, un complimento a Fabrizio per la cortesia e l'attenzione prestata. E' bello girare lo sguardo per ammirare il panorama ed i pascoli adiacenti. Conviene prenotare. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio.

28/01/2025: Hermann I didn't know you but I have to congratulate you, you are a nice person, intelligent and sober, ironic and empathetic, as well as a successful manager of your harvest but truly characteristic historical place "La Buca". Really relaxing little place, far from mediocrity that is completely similar or completely the same or even similar to.... No no, it is a truly unique model of its kind, a time machine set to the eighties, where that status is still perceived of magical underground non-conformism that is so lacking in modern venues devoid of character and style! Great Hermann, you hit the mark! The food? I answer with another question and that is: But what are people doing in McDonald's or Burger King? Are you going there to apply for gastric lavage I wonder? Hermann's menus are mouth-watering. Nothing but stories! Quality meat, well cooked and with a genuine flavour. Light and tasty non-greasy fries. Other delicacies that I will soon try again. Beer? Well hats off to you. An IPA that is a marvel. What more can I say? I'd say I'll be back. But I tell myself this. I wish I could say it to everyone and loudly, but then it would be hidden publicity. So I'll say it slowly....COME ON....
