13/07/2025: A delightful restaurant in the center of Montecatini, housed in a charming and beautifully decorated Belle Époque building. The terrace offers shaded seating in the afternoon, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The food was delicious and tasty, and the service was excellent. We were there with a group of 12 people with intellectual disabilities and received a very friendly (and patient) welcome. When we asked to turn down the music (which was the only drawback at the time), this was immediately accommodated. We were served homemade pasta and perfectly cooked chicken (crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside). The pizzas were perfect! They also had a delicious house wine. In short, definitely go for a charming and culinary experience!

27/07/2025: Moeder en dochter doen dit puur uit liefde voor het vak. Moeder als kok en dochter als bediende, op persoonlijk niveau. De pasta carbonara was buitengewoon lekker, terwijl ik een regelmatiger carbonara-eter ben. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten en heel authentieke ervaring zonder toeristische focus. Ook veel locals komen hier eten als vaste klanten. Warme sfeer, echte aanrader!

25/07/2025: Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica Italiano tradicional en la Toscana entonces ven aquí. Sí IT es un servicio lento, ya que solo hay nonna cocina en el ITchen y un servidor (la hija), pero es fabuloso. Tómate tu tiempo y disfruta del ambiente, nos encantó IT. La pasta gf estaba genial, el filete estaba tan tierno y el vino precioso, la crema de caramelo era la mejor que he probado. Disfruta del ritmo, IT es más lento pero relájate y sigue la corriente. Nos encantó IT y hemos reservado para volver!

15/09/2025: I went with my mom to celebrate my birthday and the experience was disappointing. No one welcomed us, waiters were rushing around, and when we asked for a table one just said “no no” because we didn’t have a reservation—without even checking. We had to find someone else ourselves to finally get seated without asking for reservation. Service was chaotic, with too many waiters running around. The food was good—ravioli and spaghetti nice (though the carbonara was sticky), Caesar salad surprisingly tasty, and the olive oil outstanding. Sadly, everything else ruined it. At the end, we wanted to light my cake and take a photo. Waiters ignored us, and when a kind server tried to help, security stopped him. No candle, no photo, just stress and unfriendly staff. Good food and interior, but terrible service. Not a place to celebrate anything special.

12/10/2025: Restaurant located in Pistoia, very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly service. Good food, although I would have preferred porcini mushrooms for the pasta with mushrooms. Excellent prices, the only drawbacks being the parking, and the menu was vaguely detailed, so you had to ask the (very friendly) waitresses what was on each dish. I recommend booking in advance, especially for dinner.

29/09/2025: The fried fish was slightly overcooked, but that can happen in a crowded dining room. The spaghetti was delicious.

14/09/2025: Last night I had dinner at Colle Fiorito and I was surprised by the excellent food and family atmosphere. The ingredients were all organic and home-grown and were really well cooked. I highly recommend the place.

13/06/2025: Das Essen und die Location waren hervorragend. Die Gastgeber legen viel Wert auf Regionalität und Qualität. Preis/Leistung passt absolut. Auf Grund der geringen Außenplätze ist eine Reservierung ratsam. Wir hatten ohne Reservierung einfach nur Glück, da wir außerhalb der Hauptsaison dort waren

13/06/2025: Agriturismo molto carino vicino alla dimora Dell'Agliaccio dove abbiamo pernottato. Il luogo è incantevole nella natura Toscana. L'oste ha saputo consigliarci al meglio, l'abbiamo trovato molto preparato sulla carta dei vini. Fa il suo lavoro con passione e se ne vedono i risultati. Inutile aggiungere che anche i piatti che abbiamo gustato ci sono piaciuti molto. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

For us, it's the best place for Tuscan food, both for the quality of the SERVICE and the FOOD. The burgers are EXCELLENT!! The STEAK is truly on another level!! 22/06/2025: Nice place a stone's throw from the center in a small street with a few outdoor tables. Noteworthy service, punctual, efficient and prepared. Beef tartar good and served in a nice shovel. Good appetizers and a wide selection of pizzas with authentic and thin dough to choose from. Excellent draft beers. Chocolates with fresh fruit and cannolo tiramisu are truly worth trying. Fair quality and price. Nice place to spend a pleasant evening.
