15/12/2025: I stopped for lunch. The fixed-price lunch was €15. All-inclusive: cover charge, first course, second course, and water. I ate well and quickly. I was able to choose from 6 different first courses and 6 different second courses.
The snack bar shares access with the bar. It's accessed via a short corridor with two coin-operated machines. The restroom is large and wheelchair-friendly. The restaurant is located entirely on the ground floor.

We had a great time, the service was good, but it could be improved.
I've been there before and will return again.

16/03/2026: Good pizza, crispy on the bottom and well-cooked. The atmosphere is basic but functional. The cover charge is fine. Slow service, and it's disappointing to see a 45-minute wait for two small pizzas. I understand the out-of-town orders, but I would have preferred more attention as a diner. The price is high, not for the two small pizzas themselves, but for a Coke Zero (€2.50) and an additional ingredient (€1 for two slices of cooked pizza). A tip: while you're putting the trays in the oven, since the oven seems small, don't leave the door open for 60-90 seconds. This releases heat and the pizza takes longer to cook. Overall, 3 out of 5, good. I'd like to return, but if that were to happen, I think I'd opt for takeout.
28/02/2026: The grandson of "Morino" in Casalguidi did a great job at replicating his grandfather's pizza al taglio in a pan. The atmosphere is simple but charming. Service is efficient, but self-service is available.

24/01/2026: I don't question the high quality of the pastry shop, but it's way, way too expensive. Today, I had a snack with friends: we each had tea and two pancakes. The tea was cold. If I'd wanted iced tea, I would have had Estatè. 😂 I asked the waitress to bring it back piping hot, but she made it cold again. I gave up at that point. The serving was equivalent to a glass, plus it was exorbitantly priced. A friend ordered a prosecco, which, besides being of terrible quality, wasn't even brought a small snack. The waiters were young and nice, but the owner was "sulky." A course in empathy is needed, especially when dealing with the public. People pay and need a few more smiles. Believe me!
17/01/2026: It's a large place with a good pastry shop, food, and a variety of beers, including spritzes in the evening, which are called "merenda" here. It's located on Via Fiorentina outside Pistoia.

Many types of pizzas available: classic pizzas, white pizzas, focaccia, pita bread...
I had a stuffed focaccia and my partner had a pizza with porcini mushrooms. All washed down with a light beer.
The dough was really good; soft and light, with a good cooking time that made both the focaccia and the pizza very crispy and tasty.
The size was generous too!
The variety of beers was also good.
You can eat in.
Good service.
Highly recommended! A pleasant surprise! Well done! ✌️

01/09/2025: Great selection of pizzas at very reasonable prices! And exquisite homemade mille-feuille! The welcome and service were excellent... just one small drawback: the Italians, especially the Tuscans, tend to speak very loudly (though their accent is quite pleasant). Luckily, it's quieter when they're eating!
