09/05/2025: We often stay at the Hotel Croce di Malta and we always have a very good time. It is a very well-kept historic hotel. Professional and kind staff. Spacious and very clean rooms. Located a stone's throw from the park and close to the spa. Excellent cuisine.

05/05/2025: I have been regularly frequenting accommodation facilities in Tuscany for several years now, and I must underline how the "Croce di Malta" is far superior to many of these, from all points of view, excellent welcome, impeccable friendliness, professionalism of all the staff always ready to satisfy the needs of the guests. Order and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. High quality catering. I dare say Chapeau.

03/02/2025: Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.

01/06/2025: Amazing staff and food! This place was recommended to us by our AirBnB owner and did not disappoint. They were very kind to us, even though we were tourists, but my mom speaks fluent Italian which helped. Would highly suggest going here!

03/06/2025: When I arrived I was a little skeptical but the good food and the Abruzzese friendliness of the owner struck me! One thing if you go there try their version of tiramisu it's special!! 5 stars are not enough try it! oh I forgot I ate fish!!

18/01/2025: Matteo ed il suo locale ormai sono il nostro metro di giudizio per la ristorazione di mare contemporanea. L'accoglienza è sempre calorosa, la materia prima eccellente. Per la nostra prima cena del 2025 abbiamo scelto due percorsi paralleli, il primo cremoso e avvolgente grazie alla tartare di ricciola con parmantier e insalata di kiwi e all'ombrina con broccolo in due consistenze e muddica croccante, il secondo pirotecnico per merito del crudo di crostacei in zuppetta di latticello all'aneto e alle lumache con vongole e bottarga. Degno finale la foresta nera e la sfoglia con pere e caramello salato. Conto finale generoso.

31/03/2025: Discovered recently, even though I live a few km away. The best ice cream I have ever eaten. Personally, tasting the traditional flavors confirmed the goodness and quality! But, do not underestimate some special flavors such as Black Sesame, "a gem". Congratulations.

15/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo posto, ambiente molto semplice con tovaglie di carta, un solo bicchiere e acqua minerale in bottiglia di plastica. Nella norma per una semplice trattoria. Cibo buono e ben cucinato ma niente di particolarmente eccezionale. Il tutto sarebbe anche stato positivo se il conto fosse stato in linea con tutto l'insieme. Invece conto decisamente troppo alto. Non ci tornerei.
