05/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Abetone, which, unfortunately, despite its good food, certainly doesn't shine in terms of hospitality, service, and service. Certainly not because of the staff, and certainly because of the large number of guests they have to serve. However, this should never be to the detriment of the customer. What a shame.

31/08/2025: La Casina all'Abetone is a well-appointed establishment, with a dessert counter that immediately strikes us with its variety and selection: truly inviting cakes, focaccias, and cookies. There are, however, a few disappointing aspects. First, dogs are not allowed: I understand the rule, but I find it excessive to not even allow a 2-kg dog in your arms or in a bag. Furthermore, there is no wheelchair access, a detail that makes the establishment less than welcoming. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the staff's lack of courtesy, particularly at the table. In a place with such meticulous attention to detail, smiles and kindness should be an integral part of the experience. In summary: excellent desserts and a pleasant atmosphere, but the welcome leaves room for improvement.

28/09/2025: First experience. I've never seen such a varied menu of pizzas, and especially doughs. Very light and creative pizzas. The staff let us wait until almost closing time, and they were very kind. I come from far away, but it was worth the trip.

29/08/2025: The ice cream wasn't very flavorful. But it wasn't so much that, but the fact that the ice cream man served both my wife and me the ice cream by picking up the cone directly with his hands, without using a handkerchief or a glove. Only at the end, before handing them over, did he use the usual handkerchief. It must have been a routine thing, because when I threw away the cone I deliberately didn't eat, there were several uneaten cones in the bin. He also stamped the receipts, so he touched the cash register and money between orders.

04/08/2025: We had a wonderful time; Patrizia and Daniele pampered us! There were seven of us, and the wait was incredibly short for a Saturday night. The food was delicious, from the tasty and sophisticated appetizers to the desserts, a fitting end to a perfect dinner! The pizza is amazing, both for its incredibly light dough and the choice of quality ingredients. You can see the passion and commitment, the attention to detail, and the care! Kudos also to the wait staff, who were incredibly kind. We'll be back soon and I recommend it to everyone!

11/09/2025: Not recommended. Terrible experience. Dinner with friends, too bad that so much time passes between the first course and the last one that the first course is already in the cafe. Not to mention the appetizer "seafood salad" if you can call it that, there is absolutely nothing seafood about it, they got the name "garden salad" wrong on the menu.

10/09/2025: For the price it was not the best. My main course had a langoustine with less meat in than a chicken's toe! They give you very few vegetables even when you order them as a side dish.

17/09/2025: Its unusual to get great food, drinks and service in the same establishment in Montecatini. Best tasting Pizza ive had for as long as i can remember, lovely beer, and best service from the staff team since we arrived here. I can definitely recommend here.
