31/08/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place, especially the outdoor area. The counter is always stocked and offers a wide variety of breakfast items (both savory and sweet), and the coffee is equally excellent. The staff is always professional, polite, and helpful. The strong point is definitely the quality/price ratio (considering that everything is made in-house). Highly recommended for the Montecatini area!!

06/11/2025: Every time we're in Pistoia for work, we eat at this place. The food is fabulous. The staff is really good and friendly, too. Excellent!

17/10/2025: When you arrive, you're a bit taken aback. It's a slightly run-down building with a clubhouse on the ground floor, and you can't quite figure out where it is. Then you ask, and it's upstairs. When you walk in, the place is cute and modern. We had a good Tuscan antipasto, an excellent Florentine steak, and delicious baked porcini mushrooms. I recommend putting up a nice sign that identifies you.

The cuisine has no need for special effects: it is authentic, good, and sincere, typical of the mountains, designed to nourish the body and reconcile the spirit. Each dish has the flavor of authenticity, and the atmosphere invites you to slow down, reflect, and rediscover an intimate dialogue with nature and with yourself. A place that stays in your heart.

30/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per una fuga rilassante dalla città. E' immerso in un incantevole silenzio in simbiosi con la natura che lo circonda. Camera semplice e comoda, massima pulizia, cibo ottimo e abbondante sia a colazione che a cena. Personale accogliente, familiare, massima cortesia. Prezzi modici. Posso con certezza affermare che l'unica stella che hanno è assolutamente splendente!!

19/10/2025: We had a good time except for a small problem with a starter, which was resolved immediately and with extreme kindness by the table staff. Otherwise, the food is good and the price is right, excellent value for money. If the company isn't the best, read what you find on the walls and it will be a turning point for your evening. I had a lot of fun, it's definitely a place worth returning to.

17/10/2025: We came on the recommendation of a local and were absolutely thrilled. Such a beautiful, cozy restaurant with truly good, authentic food. The service was excellent. Although the friendly waitress didn't speak English well, she tried to understand our requests and served me my simple pasta with tomato sauce (even though it wasn't on the menu). The pasta was divine, and my husband's entrecôte was also perfect. This is authentic Italian cuisine, just the way we like it! Thank you for the lovely evening!

09/11/2025: You sit down and they take care of everything: very carefully prepared homemade cuisine, with locally sourced ingredients, cheeses, cured meats, and meats, all produced by the family that runs the place. It's very cute but small, with just a few tables. We went for dinner and didn't get to see much, but we'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: Our experience was fantastic! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly. We ate a Tuscan antipasto at the restaurant, featuring cheeses, cured meats, jams, and crostini; tagliatelle with farmyard ragù for the first course; mixed roast beef and peposo (a spicy stew) with potatoes for the second course; and ricotta tart and biscotti for dessert. Everything was delicious! Speaking of the farm, they have all kinds of animals: roosters, cows, sheep, dogs, goats, and ponies. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

22/10/2025: Is there a bad gelato shop on Italy? This little store makes me continue to think that it may be impossible to find one. Very central and delicious gelato shop on the main drag - hard to miss and frequented by quite a few people. Many, many flavors to choose from. Recommended!

17/10/2025: Our experience at the Gran Hotel Croce di Malta in Montecatini Terme was overall positive 👍🏻, although there were a few things we didn't like 🤔. First of all, I'd like to mention the lack of a kettle 🫖 with various complimentary herbal teas in the room, a convenience that's now ubiquitous in any hotel regardless of category (even hostels always have one). It may seem like a trivial matter, but it's nice, after a day of sightseeing, to relax with a nice chamomile tea 🍵 at the end of the evening. The breakfast selection the next morning wasn't bad, except that the chocolate dispenser wasn't working; the situation didn't change one bit even after the intervention of a polite waitress 👩🏻‍🦱, as the device continued to dispense cloudy water mixed with dust. In the end, I gave up on the idea and opted for some orange juice 🍊. As for parking 🅿️, it's limited to the available spaces along the street the property faces, and in any case, it's paid (we actually left our vehicle 🚘 in the first spot next to the main entrance). The rates, however, are interesting, given that we spent a total of €113.65 💶 for a double room (no. 802, booked and paid by card 💳 directly on Booking), plus an additional €6 for the tourist tax and €5 for parking 🅿️ (paid on site). The staff were friendly, from the receptionist to the maids and the room cleaners. The location is excellent, right off the main pedestrian street 🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️ in the city center. The property's furnishings are also pleasant 🏨, featuring a sober and elegant style (the contemporary artwork in the guest lounge and on the outdoor terrace is beautiful). A good base for exploring the center of magnificent Montecatini Terme. RECOMMENDED 👍🏻. 16/10/2025: Excellent staff and location! Constant thefts from cars spoil the atmosphere of the stay! Omelette from powder and scrambled eggs for 6-10€ to order are surprising in a premium class hotel! Only excellent staff saves the hotel from oblivion.... Sad
