Excellent gluten-free pastry shop. They have a wide selection of both sweet and savory items (which isn't a given) in the center of Monsummano. We live a half-hour drive away, but it's the only place to get a good gluten-free breakfast!!! Very fair prices. They also sell gluten-free bread.

08/02/2026: First time I went in and bought something, everything was excellent!!! Congratulations!!
10/01/2026: A guarantee of quality and price! It may not be a starred pastry shop or a gourmet pastry shop, but it's the only one that even someone with gastritis can eat without going to the bathroom... and it's the only one left that uses the old-fashioned way... 5 stars should also be given to the staff, but it's not a real Maremma.
