29/12/2025: A beautiful place, full of photos showing how Vigarano used to be. Along the walls, besides the photos, you can also find old vehicles and relics from the past. The pizza and restaurant are truly delicious! I also recommend trying the starter and pizza tours (they offer tastings of starters and pizzas with special toppings).

29/12/2025: In my opinion, the pizza is excellent. The dough is light and easy to digest. It's a must-try every time we pass through Abetone. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is fast, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it. We'll be back again and again. A big thumbs up.

28/12/2025: Rude and disorganized staff. They were rude, primarily because the restaurant was busy and while we waited for our table (10 minutes late, by the way), we found ourselves in the waitresses' path, having nowhere else to wait. Finally, they refused to let us each pay for ourselves, as is always the norm in any restaurant: they gave us a receipt and made us sit down to do the math ourselves. The situation was eventually resolved, and the food was good; it's a shame about the rudeness.

25/10/2025: Dear readers, the best opportunities are often those we least expect. While on a business trip to Pistoia, our hosts introduced us to a superb restaurant. Located a stone's throw from Pistoia train station, Carradossi is a restaurant for connoisseurs. Home-style cooking, quality produce, fresh pasta, and a focus on seafood and fish. Everything I love 💕. So, more than just a tip, I'd say it's a must-visit if you're passing through Pistoia.

18/01/2026: I called to reserve a meal for two (consisting of two sandwiches and mixed fried foods). We arrived and, after a wait of about 20 minutes, they came to ask for our order: we confirmed what we had already communicated plus two drinks. After another 20 minutes, they still hadn't even brought us a drink... and I had to ask again. More time passed and the waitress returned to ask for confirmation of the order (what was unclear about a "menu" for two?!?!?!) In the end (after 50 minutes!) we left, being told that we needed to give them time to prepare the dishes and that it wasn't true that we had been waiting an hour... no, it was true that we had been waiting 50 minutes! No one even came to apologize. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK.

07/01/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant very close to the highway toll booth, this is the one for you. We stumbled upon it by chance while exiting the highway, and the experience was very positive: excellent, authentic food, locally sourced vegetables, excellent meat, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: I went there for the first time on a Saturday evening in winter to take advantage of a gift box I'd been given. The atmosphere is lovely, as you eat in a beautifully decorated greenhouse. Elaborate dishes to suit all tastes, and generous portions. Sure, the prices are above average, but it's worth it. I'll also try the brunch and maybe return in the spring or summer.

16/10/2025: A very large bar, with outdoor tables as well, facing a park with a lake. They make very good artisanal ice cream, homemade biscuits, and then they have sweet and savory options for breakfast and quick lunches. In the evening they do aperitifs with appetizers. I recommend it to anyone who wants to meet up for a moment of company and relaxation.
