07/05/2025: A pleasant discovery! This place really surprised me in a positive way. Not your usual plant-based restaurant with just hummus and salads. With an eye for innovation they have managed to maintain the characteristic flavors of Italian cuisine, simple, tasty but not banal. Highly recommended!!!

20/05/2025: Excellent place to eat if you're visiting Volterra! The service is spectacular and the food delicious! The pasta with ragu and risotto are delicious, and the chocolate cake is moist! We highly recommend it!

10/05/2025: Trattoria tipica alle porte del centro, tovaglia a quadri rosso e bianchi e cucina tipica. Siamo stati accorti calorosamente, ci è stato esposto il menu e i fuori menù (che sono un secondo menù, top). Porzioni giuste e cibo genuino e gustoso. Abbiamo preso pasta fresca con sugo al colombaccio, casarecce verdure salsiccia e pecorino. Di secondo lampredotto con verdure in agrodolce e zuppo di stoccafisso e cipolle. Prezzo giusto. Siamo stati bene. Consigliato.

11/07/2025: The pizza was good, but based on the reviews, I expected more. First of all, instead of slices of ham, there was some kind of luncheon meat, which really spoiled the overall effect. There are only three tables, so you had to wait first and then eat quickly, as other people were already waiting. Prices are low.

13/07/2025: Excellent raw materials, all the preparations are made in-house: bread, sauces, caramelized onions, the meat is minced on-site. And what can we say about the chips? Real potatoes, thinly sliced, with the skin on, and fried to order. The craft beers are excellent. The owners are wonderful; we had a chance to chat, and their passion is undeniable. Absolutely fair prices! Keep up the good work... we'll definitely stop by when we pass by.

04/07/2025: I couldn't understand how it could have 4.5 reviews, then I thought about the type of clientele....as far as I'm concerned it's a tavern that should be closed first of all for hygiene reasons in all respects, then the terrible food, I won't go any further

28/06/2025: Take your time to visit this bar. They are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to mixing both tasty and beautiful drinks. Nice outdoor seating and very friendly staff. Dogs are allowed.

20/06/2025: On the way to Volterra we visited a pizzeria. We sat in the garden. We were served by a very nice and smiling lady. She took excellent care of us and our dog. The pizza was delicious!! The lady gave us a taste of homemade bread with olive oil. Also delicious. We didn't have Dolce, but we did have excellent coffee. The pizzeria also includes a hotel. I highly recommend it ❤️

01/07/2025: Wonderful midday meal. We were fortunate that the chef was grilling meats on wood fired grill on the garden patio. The house special sausage was the best we ever had, bursting with flavor. All local, fresh ingredients. Service was top shelf.

The beef tartare was incredibly fresh, with some unexpected and creative additions that made it really unique. The veal steak was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection — one of the best we've ever had. We also couldn’t resist the desserts, which were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding on both visits. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended if you're looking for a memorable dining experience with top-quality food and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

19/06/2025: An all-around perfect short break. We found a little paradise. Felice and his family are hospitality personified – warm, attentive, and always helpful. The location is fantastic: At breakfast, which we were able to spontaneously book on-site, we enjoyed a breathtaking view and were warmly greeted by the farm animals. The air was filled with the intoxicating scent of jasmine, which was in full bloom. The wonderful pool provided welcome refreshment. I would gladly come back.

20/04/2025: The accommodation was in an unbeatable location, with spectacular views. The treatment received by the staff was very good, offering us the possibility of breakfast even on the day the restaurant was closed. Dinner in the restaurant was also great, in a family and relaxed atmosphere.

15/02/2025: We have only been in Tuscany and were looking for a new place to visit on the first sunny day, so we chose Volterra. Among the various proposals for places in the area, however, we almost immediately chose the Santa Vittoria farmhouse based on the directions found on the internet and made a reservation. The place is enchanting, a typically Tuscan farmhouse overlooking an infinite expanse of greenery all around. The dishes, from first to last, worthy of an acclaimed encore with lots of praise, all accompanied by an attentive, kind and above all smiling staff. In short, the place undoubtedly deserves "our encore" because we had a great time and it's always worth returning to where you feel good. Congratulations to all.

18/05/2025: I went with friends to have a coffee and buy Spirito del Bosco products. The place is typical, characteristic, beautiful. The welcome is cordial and friendly. There is nothing to say about the products, in the description you can feel all the passion they put into it and the result is excellent. We will return to try the cuisine too. Congratulations
