29/03/2024: quality food, and portions suitable for the type of restaurant, very refined and elegant, friendly and very kind staff, they explain the dishes to you in detail, very good wine, I highly recommend

20/03/2024: Although a pretty environment, the food and service does not live up to its reputation. The bread put on the table was stale and old, the amuse of potato soup was lackluster, the starter of crispy sausage etc wrapped in phyllo was the best part of the meal as the parpadelle with wild boar was dry and farely tasteless. In fact, I am pretty sure nothing wild ever saw that plate. Dessert of milk pudding with caramel and fruit was just ok. Cannot recommend at this price point.

17/03/2024: Abbiamo pranzato con la bimba in questo ristorante toscano a Volterra Ambiente carino, possibilità di scegliere la degustazione e i piatti del giorno Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di pasta al ragù per la bimba, un antipasto di schiaccia Toscana calda, formaggi, verdure e affettati, un primo di pici al pesto di cavolo nero e pecorino e uno di pici cacio e pepe Accompagnati da un calice di vino rosso e dessert Lo consigliamo

25/03/2024: Nice surprise, As always when you're passing through you enter with the question...did I choose well? Yes convinced!.. the family service with a desire for professionalism makes the stop pleasant. The kitchen too! The pici with herbs (I don't remember the name) and the wild boar with aftertastes to discover are fantastic. The price... the right one... if you want to spend little forget it. The management of intolerances needs to be improved (the will is there) Well done!

06/01/2024: Dal pane alla pasta, dalle salse per i formaggi alla birra tutto fatto da loro. Un’esperienza unica, tant’è che ho chiesto al proprietario di venire ad aprire a Roma. Un posto dove fanno le birre e le vendono nello stesso momento? Non potevamo non provarlo in questa uggiosa epifania voltura! E abbiamo fatto una scelta eccellente. Ottima scelta di hamburgers e cibo di qualità. Ma le regine sono le birre. Ne abbiamo provate tre alla spina, tutte eccellenti e talmente entusiasti da esportarne altre quattro in bottiglia in territorio romano. Che dire? Aprite a Roma!!!!
