“The art of cocktail mixing”: I happened to pass the bar and stopped in because of the good music. When I entered, I saw a great, lovingly designed and very individual bar. Pietro, the owner, prepares every single cocktail with absolute dedication, professionalism and perfection. I know what it means to make good drinks because I worked as a bartender in Germany for some time. This bar is a “must” for connoisseurs and appreciators of the high art of bartending! You should have a bit of patience, as the preparation of the drinks as described takes some time. It was an experience watching Pietro! It's great that there is something like this in Volterra.

We were with friends just for a quick aperitif with a bottle of wine, but a special mention must be made to the treatment given to us, with their special pâtés and the ambiance

What can I say... If you want an alternative and emotional experience, come here for an aperitif, the barman will not disappoint you!

The Negroni on tap made me a happy person. The artisanal croutons are a gem worthy of note! Living in Spain I won't be able to go back as much as I would like but it is totally DESERVED..!!!!
