12/04/2025: Tuvimos una comida fantástica aquí hace 2 noches. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente! Preciosa decoración y ambiente, gran vino local y deliciosa comida! El servicio fue fantástico, Eleonora era nuestra camarera y ella era tan amable y acogedor. Ella nos dio algunas grandes recomendaciones y maridaje de nuestro vino perfectamente con la comida. Tuvimos el compartidor de charcutería entre como entrada (que era enorme pero delicioso! ) , luego compartimos el queso azul y los raviolis de pera, seguido por la carne de res en rodajas con salsa de vino tinto que estaba tan tierna. ¡La mejor comida que hemos tenido en la Toscana hasta ahora!

07/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena perché ci era stato consigliato da amici e non possiamo che lasciare una recensione super positiva! Il proprietario Riccardo è stato davvero gentile, premuroso e simpatico: ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio con la sua accoglienza calorosa. Abbiamo ordinato i pici e il maialino al forno: entrambi piatti eccezionali, preparati con cura e davvero deliziosi. Un’esperienza autentica e piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. 05/04/2025: Un ristorante consigliato da amici nelle vicinanze della cantina Antinori altra splendida esperienza Il ristorante è un classico delle terre senesi ma si mangia veramente molto bene Non abbiamo preso antipasti o primi ma siamo andati subito sulla carne E abbiamo mangiato un ottimo giro arrosto ( quaglia ,fegatini,Salciccia ,pollo , agnello) molto molto bene fatto , poi un eccellente maialino da latte e patate , per me fantastico senza aglio e spezie varie . Per ultimo una lombata bene cotta e molto gustosa . Buoni i dolci

Paolo, who happens to have a background in chemical engineering, was both our server and the restaurant’s bartender — and yet, he welcomed our choice to stick with black Americanos without even a hint of judgment. His grace, warmth, and professionalism were a masterclass in hospitality. What stood out most was his passion for the food. Every culinary recommendation he made was exceptional — thoughtful, balanced, and clearly rooted in deep knowledge and love for the cuisine. Paolo made us feel not just accommodated, but genuinely cared for. If you’re visiting Ristorante Cortefreda, trust Paolo. 16/02/2025: Come da titolo, ottimo ristorante. Come da tradizione, immancabile e in linea con la qualità tipica della regione, si apprezza soprattutto per i piatti e pietanze a base di carne. Buona anche la cantina. Assolutamente consigliato!

23/03/2025: I am very attached to this place, I used to go to eat the sandwich at the time of the current owner's father, then the children became dear friends and I go there often. Excellent choice of raw materials, delicious appetizers, vast choice of sandwiches and pizza. Last night Giovanni recommended a "white devil" which I found spectacular. The beers on tap are also good.

04/05/2025: Excellent welcome at the reception, beautiful structure with its swimming pool, immersed in the Tuscan hills, centrally located, convenient for visiting tourist points in half an hour you are from Siena and Florence, San Gimignano, you are close to Antinori and all the Chianti wineries, we took the two-room apartment, clean and spacious room, we recommend trying the restaurant. For us 10 stars guaranteed, we recommend it and if we are in the area we will return. Wi-Fi network a bit poor in both reception and speed... P.s. good value for money
