30/06/2024: Loved our Tuscan vacation! This place was everything we could have imagined and more! The owners were responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Its absolutely stunning, great location just about an hour from Assisi, Siena, Orviedo, bagnoregio, pienza, montepulciano,and more! Recommended for a base and to have the most peaceful stay.

30/06/2024: Our best Tuscan experience! The hosts were amazing in every way, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Their on-site restaurant was superb; I highly recommend the steak and zucchini. The brick oven pizzas were the best we had in Italy so far. We enjoyed a relaxing stay by the octagonal pool with breathtaking mountain views. The property featured charming trails that allowed us to explore the gorgeous Tuscan scenery. We visited their horses, deer, geese, and turkeys, and had fresh eggs and berries for breakfast every morning on our own patio. The hot tub in the evenings, accompanied by a glass of their local wine, was the perfect ending to a peaceful day or a relaxing way to unwind after exploring the surrounding area, including Assisi, Panicale, and Lake Trasimeno. Don't miss the best spots in the area of Cortona: the picturesque Piazza della Repubblica, the impressive Diocesan Museum, the Etruscan Academy Museum, the beautiful Basilica of Santa Margherita, and the hidden monastery near Cortona. We also explored Passignano sul Trasimeno, Castiglione del Lago, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Orvieto, and our favorite, the hosts' recommendation—Civita di Bagnoregio. We stayed for 10 days, which allowed us to relax at the villa and explore many incredible places all within about an hour's distance. This made the villa the perfect base and provided the ideal setting for disconnecting to reconnect with myself. Grazie mille, Francesca and Camilo, for making our stay even more special than we anticipated.

23/09/2023: Pasticceria di relativa recente apertura, si vede l’impegno che c’è dietro ma non c’è nulla che faccia tornare in questo luogo a far colazione Pasticceria: parola d’ordine: oneste. Offrono sia prodotti della pasticceria salati che dolci, ma nulla che spicchi in bontà. Materie prime accettabili. Posto accettabile dove far colazione, ma c’è di meglio Costi: buon rapporto/qualità prezzo Servizio e generalità: locale carino e relativamente spazioso, bel bancone dove espongono le loro proposte. Servizio buono

27/08/2024: Locale molto carino bar trattoria, squisita la cucina espressa, uno spezzatino super. Complimenti alla cuoca. Si trova facilmente perché subito all'ingresso del centro di Arezzo. Lo consiglio.

24/08/2024: Posto ridicolo, pizze disgustose e prive di condimento. Come se non bastasse pizze tutte bruciate e come ciliegina sulla torta prezzi fuori dal normale (troppo alti). Posto assolutamente sconsigliato.
