08/05/2025: We went to this restaurant with the Sunday motorbike group, we were 27 people. What can I say? Lovely place, very kind owners and very available to our requests. Excellent food, cooked really well, plentiful dishes. We were already full with the starter. A beautiful experience. Highly recommended

If you are in the area, don't miss U Paninu: a true gem for Sicilian street food lovers! The sandwiches are exceptional, prepared with the freshest ingredients and super tasty combinations. We tried the cunzato bread and a sandwich with panelle, onions and aubergines: both spectacular!
Any advice? Get advice from the owner: he is friendly, helpful and will be able to suggest the perfect sandwich based on your tastes.
10 out of 10 experience. Super recommended!

05/06/2025: We returned to Buona Forchetta after 3 years with the usual group from Catania (17 people)
What can I say, everything was perfect as usual: the goodness and genuineness of the food, the excellent value for money, the professionalism and courtesy of Vincenzo, the owner.
We love that area of Sicily and Buona Forchetta is definitely one more reason to return soon!!!

The owner gave us very good advice, we ate boiled sheep, fabulous.
My husband and I spent a lovely evening and met a gentleman who was eating near us.

Then the dishes cooked according to tradition strengthened the initial sensation and each course, from appetizer to dessert was a triumph of flavor, a joy for the taste buds.
