20/08/2024: I had dinner with my girlfriend in this restaurant under the arcades of one of the main squares of Mazara del Vallo. We were immediately welcomed with kindness by all the staff, who were able to guide us well in the choices offered by the not very extensive but well-studied menu. the large and varied large plate of raw meats and the bumma spaghettone are obligatory, with refined flavors and perfect balance. The selection of wines is also excellent.

21/08/2024: I was this morning in this beautiful lido on the beach of Castellammare del Golfo, very kind staff, the smiling waiter Gianfranco always has a joke ready, he enraptured us with his acrobatics, his way of serving the tables and he does fantastic numbers and does some amazing numbers! I recommend everyone to come and try this experience of fun and sea with crystal clear water.💪

The dough was indescribably delicious, fluffy, good edge, thin base, richly topped with e.g. buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, rocket and Parmiggiano. 02/06/2024: After booking and specifying whether they had wholemeal pizza dough, they told me they had everything I needed. I go to this pizzeria and order: they bring the wrong pizzas and discover that the dough wasn't wholemeal. The Customer is not an idiot nor is he always right but here you have made a mistake as a beginner and not as a catering professional. There is still a long way to go. I spoke to the waiter after I saw that it wasn't wholemeal and he told me it was wholemeal, then I insisted and went to the pizza chefs and they told him it was semi wholemeal. I have serious health problems and I called you for having put the wholemeal dough aside, then if your company policy is that as soon as it runs out, even if someone called for wholemeal pizza and there is no more, it doesn't matter much I will never come again. It's the first time something like this has happened to me.

23/08/2024: Unfortunately I have to say that on an order of a 2.5 kg birthday cake at the time of delivery it was 1.9 kg, on the flavors that were supposed to be two there was only one (with a different flavor from the one ordered)...with addition of sponge cake which was not added... nothing of what was requested was done... the only thing that was successful was the writing on the cake 🎂... I think these are errors that shouldn't happen... . I'm sorry to say but an unreliable ice cream shop. Never order there again.

10/08/2024: Place with excellent service, kindness and courtesy, relevant advice on wine from the Trapani region. The cuisine is refined and tasty. We come from France and this place was found through the Michelin guide. The place fully deserves to be in the guide since 2017!! Don't miss it!!

24/07/2024: Beautiful location on a staircase in Castellammare del Golfo. Very friendly and helpful staff and attentive to everyone's needs. There were vegans and people with allergies in our group and they were able to offer lots of alternatives. Wide choice of dishes and all delicious and of high quality.

22/08/2024: Everything at the top for me! Excellent service, kind and competent. Nice presentations and very well laid out shop. The version of the cannoli with unsifted ricotta is excellent. The best filling for me and I have the impression, not being Sicilian, that it is a version much more similar to the original one than the many others on the market. A few small criticisms about the wafer which is perhaps too crumbly and thin. Eaten cannoli within an hour of filling. I have eaten better waffles, both in terms of consistency and flavour, but I don't feel like removing any stars because I tasted the taste of Sicily.

10/08/2024: My wife and I stayed there 3 years ago, I returned with my in-laws. What can I say, a business card, the couscous that we had eaten 3 years earlier remained as it was, my wife remembered it very well... very good food, prepared and attentive waitress, very nice and sociable owner, a pleasant rediscovery. Speechless view of the marina, silent environment, really good food. Everything was good.. more than good prices ❤️
