05/07/2025: We had breakfast on our way to Scopello. The girls at the counter (I think mother and daughters) are phenomenal! Attentive, fast but above all kind and with a smile (which is rare, I assure you). The cassatelle are special! A special note for the girl at the coffee machine: fast, focused and precise. It was a pleasure!

02/08/2025: The owner of the property where we stayed recommended this restaurant. We were skeptical because there was no one inside, but we decided to go in anyway. A perfect choice. The busiate are absolutely delicious, in every variety: with pistachio and red shrimp, with lobster, or with clams. Although the former have that extra...pistachio flavor. And last but not least, the owner/manager...is incredibly friendly. Must try.

30/07/2025: The staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Michele, a delightful person who is very attentive to his customers' needs! I hadn't booked, but he still sat me down and offered me a glass of wine while I waited for a table to become available! And not only that...! I'll definitely be back! Thank you.

21/07/2025: At the foot of Erice, this restaurant offers a variety of fish dishes, and a small selection of meat. The mixed antipasto platter for two is noteworthy, featuring many samplings of typical dishes. They also have a tuna platter with all the tuna products, such as bottarga. The first courses are also generous and very filling. We also tried the swordfish rolls with citrus fruits, which were very good.

22/07/2025: A restaurant I'd call rural. Slightly outside Scopello, in the open countryside and high hills. Traditional dishes, meat, fish, and pizza. The usual Sicilian monster portions. We had an appetizer for two (enormous) of seafood delicacies and two busiate allo scoglio pasta dishes that we struggled to finish. I'd call it a very baroque dinner, everything delicious and the price fair. Definitely recommended for the local specialties.

21/07/2025: Very welcoming restaurant, the owners are helpful and very nice people, the food is plentiful and excellent, generous portions, you can spend wonderful evenings in company, characteristic place, excellent pizzeria, excellent waiters and staff, Girolamo the best, and the guys in particular Nouh Gentile, friendly and good waiter. They pay attention to detail and are always attentive.

06/08/2025: After having previously ordered two takeout pizzas, I ordered another one: it was lighter on ingredients than the previous ones, and it wasn't even cut (as requested, since I was at the beach). The whole thing was "resolved" upon delivery with a chuckle and the "you can tear it with your hands" attitude. AWFUL.

18/07/2025: Pizzeria La Preziosa – Da Maurizio, the heart of Sicilian pizza Maurizio may be a Michelin-starred pizza chef, but he's lovingly chosen to remain a "simple"—but extremely talented—pizza chef, surrounded by his three children. He puts his heart into his work, and it shows (and tastes): he uses only exceptional, carefully selected ingredients. If you go to him, you can't go wrong: you'll eat excellent pizza, made with passion and skill. And then... there's the panino pizza: an icon, a true symbol of taste for all of Sicily. A unique experience, worth trying at least once in your life.

11/07/2025: Un posto da scoprire con l'aiuto dello staff che riesce ad accompagnarti in un percorso eno gastronomico della cucina locale anche con piatti non presenti nel menù che però appagano sia lo stomaco che lo spirito. Tutto con cordialità e simpatia. È un peccato soggiornare a Trapani e non farsi un giro in via Garibaldi al Gral Lounge Cafe' dove si possono gustare anche solo degli aperitivi strepitosi. 16/07/2025: Il cibo è molto buono ma le porzioni risultano un po' piccole e il prezzo un po' altino considerando che la maggior parte del cibo è surgelato. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio :)

30/04/2025: Panetteria piccolissima, ma con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Ho preso un pezzo di pizza con le zucchine, un specie di calzone fatto di pane con ripieno prosciutto e formaggio e due genovesi con ripieni differenti. Tutto molto buono.
