26/10/2025: We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism.
