22/10/2023: Semplicità nei piatti non vuol dire mancanza di tecnica, tutt’altro. A partire dalla scelta delle materie prime, del modo migliore per esaltarne colori, sapori e specificità. Tutto davvero molto buono. Spesso capita di imbattersi in chef che ti narrano un percorso ostico, complicato, difficile da condividere. Ieri sera abbiamo avuto una esperienza da vecchi amici pur essendo stata la prima volta da Vicari. Non economico, come giusto che sia quando dietro ogni piatto c’è un ragionamento, una ricerca, un percorso, ma soldi spesi bene per supportare un gruppo di lavoro che ti regala non solo ospitalità ma emozioni. Il pollo: fantastico. La melanzana: sublime. La cernia: perfetta. Ed una cantina completa con attenzione ai piccoli produttori. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Organized and clean, the only flaw is the price is too high, but they all deserve the 5 stars for the commitment and constant smiles of all the staff. 19/08/2024: Our stay at Hotel Parco Delle Fontane was a deeply disappointing experience, with one notable exception—the warm welcome we received on our first evening from a receptionist whom we unfortunately never saw again during our four-day stay. The other receptionists were cold and unwelcoming, far below the standard expected from a supposed four-star hotel. Beyond that, the hotel itself gives the impression of being largely neglected. The area around the pool is in poor condition, with occasional unpleasant sewage smells. The park is in a deplorable state, with overturned plant pots near the reception left untouched throughout our stay. Dead birds were scattered around, also left as they were. The park smells of garbage and even worse, bordering on unsanitary. While our room was in a somewhat acceptable condition, the hotel is incredibly noisy. It was impossible to get through a night without being disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms or those above us. The restaurant also failed to live up to its promises; the dishes were mediocre and overpriced. 23/07/2024: A really beautiful hotel. The outdoor area with the park and the pool is so inviting and romantic that it is difficult to leave.

25/08/2024: I ate a delicious horse burger (but my newborn daughter's simple pasta with tomato wasn't bad either) on a small table facing the sea, served by kind waitresses who were attentive to requests. Account perfectly in line with expectations. What more could you want?

19/08/2024: I recognize both the education of the owners and the quality of the table service, however there are some important things to consider about the dishes. I tried the norm: it was good although not excellent, a 4. Unfortunately the meat second courses were very disappointing: drowned in vinegar, partially burnt and hard. This is not good for a place that calls itself a meat restaurant. I hope this review can make them reflect and improve.

04/08/2024: So delicious pizza! Pizza is bought more often by locals than tourists, and even after returning home, this is the pizza restaurant that comes to mind the most during my trip to Italy. Margarita recommended!!!

14/07/2024: No es cierto que tengan abierto de 10 a 11 de la noche. La verdad es que es bar únicamente y abren cocina hasta las 7:30. Planeamos el viaje teniendo en cuenta ese horario. No sé puede almorzar alli

14/07/2024: Questo ristorante sulla spiaggia e Semplicemente fantastico.si mangia direttamente sulla spiaggia, la cucina è strepitosa la pasta con le sarde unica , con tanto di finocchio selvatico e poi le cozze saporite il pesce spada pure tutto cucinato in tradizione siciliana.Tutto viene cucinato al momento il servizio gentilissimo anche il vino al bicchiere alta qualità. Consiglio vivamente!
