26/10/2025: Never again gluten-free arancini. Rating: 0. Ordered a day in advance, but in my opinion they were made in the morning and packaged for the evening. Rightly so, they were extremely cold. Disappointed. The cake, however, was good.

03/10/2025: This is certainly a well-known pastry shop, but that doesn't mean the employees can be rude to customers, especially one very annoyed woman who even complained to the owner, who in turn didn't reprimand the employee. The writing on the cake I ordered was poorly done. They've definitely lost a customer. I highly recommend this pastry shop, unless you know the owner.

06/02/2026: We came to this family-owned and run restaurant on our way to Syracuse. The food was amazing, the service was really good, and the atmosphere was very homey. Highly recommend you come here to have some of their amazing pizza.

21/12/2025: One of the best pastry shops in Avola. Delicious desserts. I had one of the best cannoli of my life. Superb and fast staff. Personally, I wasn't sure what to order given the variety of Sicilian desserts and more. Top prices I recommend the mini gelato and the babà.

18/11/2025: I've been coming back to this pizzeria for many years, and the quality of the ingredients and dough is always top-notch. Excellent pizza, light dough... It's a small pizzeria, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: Very nice staff, delicious Panini and plenty of outdoor seating, even with suncovers. They just speak little English, but are willing to use online translators if they dont understand you. Overall a very authentic Italian experience.

15/03/2026: A typical local restaurant with a truly beautiful and renovated interior. Inside, you'll find all sorts of decorations, from an aquarium to paintings in both antique and modern styles. The quality-price ratio is excellent for both the first courses and the appetizers. They also offer specials, so if you order just one appetizer and one appetizer, you'll save. Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the first courses. The portions are generous, so you can easily share both appetizers and first courses.

19/10/2025: We visited this quaint, family-run restaurant, renowned for its snails. We tried the snail sampling (with tomato sauce, black pepper, vinegar, and gratin) and the ntuppatieddi (a more refined type of snail). All were truly excellent! Also worthy of mention are the spaghetti alla Sebi (fennel and snails) and the trofei with pork sauce. Finally, a special mention goes to the deconstructed cannoli with artisanal sheep's milk ricotta, available only outside of the summer season and among the best we've ever had. We highly recommend it!

18/11/2025: Such a letdown! This place was highly recommended, but I failed to see why. We ordered the meal of the day (pistachio pasta), and it took over an hour to get it despite the restaurant not being busy. The pasta was completely bland, too soggy, and I found crushed pistachio shelves in my dish. The shrimp in the pasta was overcooked and tiny. With such prices (26€ for the pasta dish) I expected much better. The waiter also brought the wrong wine - it wouldn't have been an issue, but with such bad food and the long wait, it added to the negative experience. The only positive thing was the bread and the olive oil - it was superb. But overall, it was not a good experience.

04/10/2025: The focaccia was absolutely amazing, and the mixed fried fish platter is among the best I have ever tasted. My Angus beef tagliata was also truly special. The portions are more than generous! We will definitely be back!
