22/07/2025: Mamma mia! The best takeaway pizzas in Noto! Great value for money and a warm welcome.

11/09/2025: This review is made comparing Coccodrillo Burgers to a fast food place such as a McDonalds, not to a restaurant; if you want to go to a restaurant, you would be disappointed coming here, but if you want to go to a fast food place, you could be pleasantly surprised here. The portion sizes are large, the prices are low (you can order a menu, which includes a main dish, a portion of fries, and a drink for 0.50 Euros extra), and the quality is decent for a fast food place - especially considering it seems to be all made by one person! I personally enjoyed the (huge and tasty) hamburger (my girlfriend didn't like the bread so much, and true, it is different from the usual hamburger bread). The fries were fine, they tasted fresh and not sloppy. The Mexican wings were chicken wings (with bones) and some light seasoning (not spicy at all). The service was friendly, if a bit slow (but again, only one person seems to be working, so fully understandable), but the waitress was very nice.

22/08/2025: Unique, and the kindness that pays for everything

01/11/2025: Saturday night, the place was very noisy, the upstairs very hot, and we had to climb up and down stairs every time we went to the bathroom. Unprofessional staff. Extremely slow service. We'd been sitting since 8:30 PM, and at 10:40 PM we were still waiting for our pizzas. It was an agony I couldn't wait for to end.

04/10/2025: We didn't eat here, but we happened to get locked out of our car. The owner let us use his phone to call the rental company and let us stay inside because it was late and very cold outside with a lot of wind. Molto Grazie!! Very generous owner, they also let you fill your bottle of water for free if you take the hike to the cassibile lakes, which you must do. Very beautiful.

15/11/2025: We booked the table at 10pm, we waited an hour outside because the table wasn't ready, after 15 minutes the waitress came saying that the chips and some pizza toppings were out, the pizza may be good but the service was awful.

14/09/2025: The sea is wonderful, the structure is comfortable, the service is fast and the staff is very kind.

26/08/2025: We had a great time... but I forgot my beach bag on the wall near the showers... what a shame. Bag recovered... thanks to the owner's kind attention... thanks again. The recovery allowed me to spend another pleasant day at the beach at this lido!

05/12/2025: - Ambience: Located on the Avola seafront, it offers a stunning view from the outside as well as excellent interior design and lighting. This is a lovely restaurant next to other restaurants and bars: 9/10 - Service: Very friendly and professional staff. 8/10 - Food: Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, both fish-based, and truly excellent. Perhaps a less traditional, more unusual first course would have been more welcome. However, everything was very good, even the house dessert, which was spectacular. The prices are relatively low compared to the high quality of the food offered: 9/10

29/06/2025: This is a small location in the middle of nature! Everything is very well cared for in the smallest details! The structure is family-run and I have been frequenting it for many years; since 2025 the Datterino restaurant is no longer active but you can still eat excellent dishes cooked by Mrs. Ilaria. Coming here is like coming home and if you expect a mass place then it is not the ideal place but if you expect a lot of kindness, love in doing things and a lot of tranquility then you are in the right place.

29/10/2025: Seriously really good pizza and local prices! Note: the last 100m of the road there’s a couple of big potholes, easy to miss.

16/09/2025: Small hotel in the center of Peschiera, with friendly and welcoming staff. It feels like staying with relatives. A generous breakfast with quality products is included. Convenient parking is available.

29/08/2025: Excellent hotel. The location is ideal, close to the train station, the historic center of Peschiera, and bus stops. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hotel has a lovely garden, where you can also enjoy breakfast. The breakfast buffet is generous, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.
