A truly WONDERFUL restaurant, for many reasons I'll gladly share with you. Located on a charming bay in Fontane Bianche, despite the restaurant's elegance, you can walk up from the sea (as long as you're dressed!). The staff is very young, friendly, and attentive, and the welcome is impeccable from the moment you call to reserve. The tables are well-spaced and beautifully set. You can see the sea from every angle, through a beautiful (and very clean) window. The menu offers a limited selection, and this isn't a negative: it means carefully selected ingredients, very unique recipes, and a choice of fish, meat, and vegetarian options. They prepared a delicious pasta with tomato sauce and a cutlet with chips for my children (off the menu). I chose a SPECTACULAR and truly unique dish: cacio, pepe, and mussels! Truly delicious! And for the main course, sliced ​​beef with berries, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic, the portions just right, and the flavors truly exquisite. The restaurant is well-air-conditioned and well-lit, with beautiful, modern decor (those chairs shaped like prickly pear blades and the designer lamps... fabulous!). The restroom is off-site and very clean. It's obviously not a cheap restaurant, but it's definitely worth the experience. We had a very pleasant time and the food was more than delicious. We'll be back! You should go too!

The restaurant looks nice and a little posh, the staff was friendly and the food was good, but a little to complicated for kids.

A wonderful location; we dined on the terrace overlooking the sea, and were enchanted. The staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and distinguished in both their manner and their attire. The food was excellent, the prices were moderately high, but that's fair considering the generous portions. We'll definitely be back.

A special shout-out to Francesco Rinaldi, the dining room manager... managing the dining room with such class and calm is not something everyone can do. Congratulations, of course, also to the chef, who fulfilled our every request. Maximum availability, delicious food, a breathtaking view, and more ☺️ We felt pampered without ever feeling "over-attended," exactly how we wanted. If you have an important event in mind, make a note of this name. Truly well done!

I stopped by for a meal over the weekend. Beautiful location, impeccable service, excellent ingredients. For this very reason, I'd like to offer a piece of advice to the kitchen. There's no need to add a sauce, or cream, or whatever binder, to fish dishes. It's an insult not so much to us customers, but to the fish itself. 😉

A restaurant with a lovely sea-view terrace and indoor seating. It has an elegant, lounge atmosphere, serving traditional seafood dishes and more, and very professional and friendly service. The paccheri allo scoglio are highly recommended.

The restaurant prepared delicious grilled sea bream for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. The portion for two was inedible. The price was 90 euros, but it was definitely worth it. The day before, we had fried seafood – delicious. Sicily is the best place for seafood; beef is mediocre. But the people are very friendly.

I recommend paccheri with shellfish, a place that will leave you enchanted
