Casa Don Puglisi - La Bottega In Modica

I accidentally bought a pack of "S" biscuits from Casa Don Puglisi in Modica, which were delicious; my only regret is not having bought more, but it means I'll be back 😍

I know Modica well and often accompany groups on tours, and out of habit, I'd never stopped at Casa Don Puglisi...what a lovely surprise. A family atmosphere, young and smiling staff, a library with a corner for reading or sharing with guests... well-stocked Modica food... fair prices... quality chocolate... top-notch.

A curious little place — part patisserie, part bookshop, part souvenir store. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff, excellent cakes, and that lovely atmosphere where everyone seems to know each other and be friends. Located on Corso Umberto, you can sit outside with a coffee and watch the world go by.

Hello everyone! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone in Modica (we came here specifically for the cookies). A wonderful bottega! Start by enjoying a coffee and a pastry on the main street, and then be sure to stop by the store for cookies: there's something for every taste, all natural, and the quality is as if your favorite grandmother baked them for you! You can also try and buy local chocolate here. The counter staff is very friendly and attentive. 🤝 Thank you!

Nice concept, I'd improve the food a bit. Very cheap though, and with free water, appreciated.

What a lovely place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the whole philosophy of this place! Highly recommended for coffee, sweets, traditional chocolate and relaxing! Very kind and adorable staff. Hats off for free water
