21/08/2025: Breakfast with brioches and almond granita... What a show!

17/10/2025: I happened to find this bakery as I was strolling around in town. This is a very non touristy low key local spot. While it was a bit quiet since I came later, I could tell it was popular as a lot of the pastries were already sold. I chose the macalle and pizza to takeaway as I was catching a bus out. The pizza was very good but the macalle was phenomenal!!! Now as I am sitting on the bus I have such major regrets of not getting the last iris after reading all the reviews. I highly recommend going for an authentic vibe and atmosphere. The owner seemed very friendly and kind. :)

19/10/2025: I've tried many places, but this one is the best. Clean, tidy, friendly, clean bathrooms, perfect cutlery and glasses, fair prices, they do pizza, fish, pasta, everything, and everything is good... and fresh. For me, it has no rivals...

14/12/2025: Elegant place, but it's a shame that every time the staff comes and goes, they arrive cold, as the kitchen is outside. We ordered a Modica platter, but we didn't get a response about the type of focaccia on the platter. Had we known they had a shared ingredient, we wouldn't have ordered it. The cured meats were served with the skin on, and in any case, the quantity doesn't justify the price. We ordered lamb chop from the menu and received ribs. We ordered sliced ​​lamb and were served rib-eye steak, covered in parmesan cheese not mentioned on the menu, on an uncomfortable wooden platter that caused the meat juices to drip onto the table. The waiter didn't ask for doneness, but we specified medium, but it arrived well done. The prices were high and not commensurate with the dishes we received. Desserts were only mentioned on the menu but were practically absent. It's a shame, but our experience was very negative.

02/12/2025: A truly exceptional culinary experience! The dishes were prepared with such care that they evoked the authentic flavors of home, almost like those made by grandma. Everything was delicious and authentic. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit, especially Grazia. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food.

14/11/2025: We found this pastry shop almost by accident, very close to the Duomo di San Giovanni. Excellent products, delicious gelato, a very clean and elegant place, and friendly staff make it a must-see on a visit to Modica Alta.

29/09/2025: Pasticceria Feda in Modica is a true paradise for those with a sweet tooth! Delicious ice cream, traditional Sicilian pastries, and a huge selection of sweets that are hard to ignore. The staff is very friendly and, importantly, speaks English, so it's easy to communicate. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience authentic Sicilian flavors and a wide variety of delicacies. PS. It's a shame the place is wheelchair accessible, but I highly recommend it to anyone with disabilities 🥰 We weren't impressed with the strawberry ice cream...

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. 29/10/2025: I had two pizzas, one parmigiana and one viola.... Initially a little skeptical, since it was the first time I tried this place.... A huge and pleasant surprise.... one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten.... compliments for the quality of the dough, very light and digestible, and high quality of the ingredients.... Definitely worth trying.... one observation, the cost of the supplements is not indicated.... right that you pay, but personally I prefer to see it written.... anyway, 5-star pizza

06/10/2025: A wonderful experience and very friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for the lovely morning and lunch! We had filled cornettos and a good cappuccino, pasta and salad, and the kids were treated to ice cream. I like the location, close to the piazza, but still far enough away to not be too touristy. The only downside was that the restroom wasn't clean in the morning.

03/08/2025: Yesterday I went to this place in Ragusa and I have to say it's a very nice, welcoming place. I had a piadina with donkey meat, which was delicious, full of toppings, and reasonably priced. We'll gladly return. Well done guys!

02/06/2025: Really very nice place. Very clean and very well cared for, with preparation in sight. The managers are 2 very nice guys and I must say with every order I always feel very good and they are impeccably punctual. Tables always full, a sign that people are happy. Recommended place for families and also for an evening with friends. Large sandwiches and very well cared for in the condiments and prices in the norm.
