14/01/2025: Serata di Capodanno da non ripetere mai più. Valore della serata 95€ p.p con cibo immangiabile,l unico buono era quello dei bambini. Peccato perché il locale merita. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò ne per capodanno ne per un altra occasione e neppure posso consigliarlo. Non capisco, cosa cambia tra un matrimonio e un cenone?dato che per gli eventi abbiamo mangiato sempre bene.

10/06/2025: I found myself having dinner at this pizzeria by chance and I can confirm the goodness of the pizzas, which are also varied and imaginative, a little different from the usual ones and each one with its own "stamp" in terms of taste and colors. Excellent dough, well cooked and very digestible. The waiting times (too long for a half-full room) and the table service need to be improved. The price is a little above average but I think it's worth it because the pizza is really good. I will definitely return and with this excuse I will also try the other dishes.

Questo locale è una truffa: prezzi carissimi e personale incompetente e completamente indifferente alle nostre lamentele sui loro ritardi. Dopo aver prenotato un tavolo nel pomeriggio, ci siamo recati al locale in perfetto orario. Tuttavia il tavolo non era pronto. Un'attesa infinita , per mangiare ad un orario improponibile. When I was in the area, I went there to eat pizza, but I don't know other dishes, second courses, first courses, therefore. Unfortunately, for some time now, the pizzas don't seem to be made of the good dough they used to be, now they seem rubbery, poorly leavened, badly cooked, the edges not as high as they used to be, although the toppings were plentiful and fresh, they often didn't respect what was written on the menu... the fries were good without the taste of stale oil...I am seriously considering the idea of ​​never going back again, to my great regret and because I am looking for better dough, raw materials, leavening, cooking

18/05/2025: Avevamo l'appuntamento alle 21,30 siamo arrivati in orario ci siamo accomodati,dopo mezz'ora di attesa sono venuti per la comanda,dopo ancora mezz'ora si presenta la cameriera e ci informa che era finito il pomodoro, certo non è stato bello visto che era già l'ora tardi e molti di noi avevamo nella pizza il pomodoro,ma come si può in una pizzeria finire il pomodoro!!!! Abbiamo terminato alle 24,30, brutta esperienza non ci torneremo più!!!!

11/06/2025: For me, Arqua e farina is the best pizzeria in Modica. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and a crispy, thin crust. The toppings are sometimes extravagant and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended

Too bad only for the combinations of toppings, in my opinion not very convincing, not to mention the fact that they brought us two similar pizzas with a white base and pistachio and the difference was that one had mortadella and one didn't, but still... Even the flambé pizza, more show than taste. In short, with such a good dough and a bit of a shame in my opinion.

We ordered a fish starter and 2 spaghetti with seafood made with fresh pasta, discovering an intense and satisfying flavour, compliments to the chef, a truly exquisite dish, we will certainly return to taste other dishes, I highly recommend it
