Prosit - Sicilian Bistrot In Scicli

Chose this restaurant because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately we had lesser experiences. Many dishes were sold out. Can happen so we chose other things that seemed to be tasty. Unfortunately, the starters were really small in size. We took 3 starters. Mini burger that is gone after 1 bite, bread with pulled pork very basic and a mini burger with scampi that is gone after 1 bite. Quite expensive for what you get. Main course I had octopus, it was cooked ok but a small portion and the cheese sauce was dominant. My partner had aubergines. Portion too small, half warm and also with cheese sauce. We left hungry and went elsewhere to eat something. My least dining experience in Sicily. Lots of wine in stock, perhaps good for just drinking.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.....LITTLE VARIETY OF PASTA....WITH EXCELLENT FLAVORS...OPTED FOR THE SECOND COURSES AND STARTERS...SPECTACULAR ARANCINI. I WOULD ALSO PUT Slightly SIMPLER AND VEGETARIAN PASTA ON THE MENU AS THIS MAY BE A GOOD RULE.

Fantastic and very friendly restaurant 🙌 The selection of regional wines from small producers is phenomenal 😍 Food is creative, but down to earth and of the best quality and the service is very friendly even for us as tourists.

Great service, quick waiting time, delicious tapas in the form of nachos (with sauce!) and aranchino.

Prosit offers a wide selection of wines, and I must admit that the choice was truly excellent. I found the prices, both for the wines and for the rest of the menu, adequate. Lunch was a culinary experience of authentic flavours, thanks to the high quality ingredients sourced from the area and prepared with great care. After some exquisite appetizers, I had the pleasure of tasting an off-menu dish: pasta with "sea cicada" made with ancient grains, a truly tasty taste of the sea. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Esperienza estremamente positiva! Locale molto carino e ben arredato, accoglienza e servizio eccellente. Piatti tipici rivisitati in maniera originale pur mantenendo sapori autentici. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie mille e alla prossima!

Abbiamo voluto provare questo locale durante la nostra vacanza siciliana e la scelta è stata azzeccata. Prima di tutto un grande complimento alla disponibilità professionalità e gentilezza del personale, che ci ha riservato un tavolo in una zona tranquilla del locale dato che abbiamo una bambina neonata. Il locale è molto carino e oltre ad offrire un bel menù di prodotti tipici sia di mare sia di terra, ha un’ottima scelta di vini. Il personale ha saputo consigliarci perfettamente sia per le pietanze sia per il vino adatto ad accompagnare le pietanze. Che dire, qualità del cibo ottima, porzioni giuste e vino ottimo. Ottima anche la scelta dei dolci e degli amari. Sicuramente è un locale da provare per una cena o anche per un aperitivo scegliendo più pietanze tra gli antipasti davvero sfiziosi. Sicuramente torneremo nelle nostre prossime vacanze siciliane. Stra consigliato.

Alla ricerca di un buon ristorante per trascorrere la nostra cena di anniversario (anticipata) abbiamo optato per Prosit ed è stata una scelta azzeccatissima. Lo avevo adocchiato da un po' dal momento che le recensioni sono sempre state ottime, e mi tocca dare ragione a queste ultime. Primi alle sarde deliziosi, sapidi al punto giusto, pasta al dente e gusto delicatissimo. Altrettanto delicato il sapore della spatola da me scelta. Scioglievole ad ogni assaggio e da ciò si evince la freschezza della materia prima. Ghiotta, da paura ! Per non parlare della cheesecake ( cheesetazza sul menu) servita con frutti di bosco e croccante biscotto al burro. Siamo usciti sazi e felici. Complimenti allo chef e ovviamente anche allo staff,che con gentilezza e simpatia ci ha accompagnato durante tutta la cena👏
