19/08/2024: Unexpected! Very nice owner and very willing to help us with the choice. We chose to eat fish... The best choice. Abundant portions (like a good Roman fork) and really high quality (try the freshly seared swordfish or the mega fried fish). All in a family atmosphere.

23/07/2024: Restaurant located on the seafront of Marina di Ragusa, with tables located both inside and outside. The service was fast and professional. We got some slightly burnt pizzas, it was difficult to cut the decidedly crunchy edge, the inside of the dishes and the seasoning were good.

10/08/2024: I love this sandwich shop for two reasons, the first is the authenticity, love and passion that transpires while observing Adele and save working, which is fundamental for me if I go to a place to eat, and secondly the goodness of their sandwiches, not the simple and classic , but something so good that it will send you into ecstasy with every bite, try it to believe it.

12/08/2024: We spent a super relaxing day at the pool, the staff were kind and very welcoming and smiling, the clean environment and the buffet was varied, complete and plentiful. The highlight for me was all the hotel staff, your impeccable service, great guys.

08/08/2024: Disappointed, it was the 4th time we returned to the Palace. This time we had a bad time. We arrived for lunch with a seafood salad and the smell was dying. The next day at breakfast, the same thing with the ham, hard bread and we complained, the bread was frozen and reheated on the third day. breakfast from the second day out at the bar taken to the suite which had nothing in the suite dirty windows the terrace dirty with bird droppings for two days bathrobes from the third only towels pillows that stung you couldn't even sleep outside you saw cockroaches sofas outside and inside with all the cobwebs in the pool the children burned their toes and hands from the strong chlorine, we will not return again, a really bad experience

30/07/2024: Splendid location among trees and music, rather abundant and satisfying aperitif

16/07/2024: Despite the beautiful location, it is a place to avoid, at least until they decide to train the staff properly. We order two drinks, a sex on the beach of modest quality and a terrible Lemon gin (with Tanqueray). Are we sure it's really Tanqueray gin? I leave the doubt to you... We also order the "aperitif dish", following the waiter's advice. 1. The drinks arrive at the same time but the aperitif dish arrives after a good half hour, so much so that my partner had finished drinking and we were about to get up and go to pay. 2. Aperitif dish consisting of French fries (hot), 2 breaded mozzarella balls (cold), 2 Ascolana olives (cold), 1 sandwich with raw meat divided in half, and half a piadina with cooked meat divided in half. 3. we finish eating and drinking the ice water left in the glass and at the moment of payment the surprise: only in this place (because in others in Ispica it is not like this) the Lemon gin with Tanqueray costs €1.50 more, on the menu however, the price increase on the choice of gin was not specified or justified (also because it was a Tanqueray, not a Buldog or a Malfy). The aperitif dish costs double what is shown on the menu since there were two of us: this too was not indicated on the menu nor, when ordering, were we asked if we wanted the dish for one or two people. Now, before leaving this review I read the other negative ones, where the owner justified the problems with "there were a lot of people". Here, today 16 July 2024, there were only 2 of us and two other people sitting at the tables in the restaurant. While we waited for the aperitif dish to arrive, the waiters were all sitting quietly smoking next to the owner. Therefore, before responding to this review as done in the others, I advise the owner to try to train his staff as best as possible, especially on a communication level and I remind him, again, that menus BY LAW must show the correct prices and, in in the event of changes, the latter must be reported at the foot of the page (even more so if the menu is new as reported on the Facebook page). P.s. the fact that I have lost my Sicilian accent does not mean that I am a tourist to be fleeced. I know the country very well and my family has lived here for generations. Never again have an aperitif or dinner in this place.

10/08/2024: With a bitter taste in my mouth. We returned because last year we had a good time, but after this year we will not return due to the problem of the bill: 2 first courses, 1 cooked starter, 8 raw prawns, water and a €20 bottle of wine. Total: €135. In practice, on the receipt the 8 prawns cost €45! Crazy price, considering the service was ok, certainly not stellar, and considering that we had not been told the weight of the prawns at the table, but we discovered the final price at the checkout. With 45 I'm counting on getting a generous appetizer of raw meat, not 8 prawns.

09/08/2024: I went to this restaurant recommended to me by friends who went two years ago; the amberjack was dry and so was the pasta with the fish. I felt sick after dinner and completely ruined my evening, maybe they changed the chef

25/07/2024: This place is related to the 2 star Michelin in town. Having a young daughter, we thought this was next best thing. We sat outside and it was perfect. Great lighting, atmosphere and ambiance. We found the food to be a bit hit and miss. The octopus was ok.. bit overcooked and octopus could use a bit more love. The pasta dishes were amazing, the sardine pasta and the garlic pasta were both the highlight. Great flavours, pasta cooked perfectly and interesting. The mains kind of lacked creativity.. Seabass was good but not great and the pork unfortunately was super dry and stringy. Wine list is good, great aperitif list. The service is amazing, super friendly and not rushed.
