Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, very expensive bill

Truly top-notch pizza! Very nice location with ample parking. Service was perhaps just a little slow.

I've been going to Binge for 18 years. If it were in Milan, there'd be weeks of queues to book... 100% spectacular.

The pizza was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very welcoming. The only downside, which, however, cannot be overlooked, was the heat. Only one air conditioner, turned on at the request of some customers, was completely inadequate. We couldn't wait to leave because of the heat.

🍕Really good pizzeria, located outside the center of Marina di Ragusa. The place is very beautiful, with a well-kept interior and a pleasant atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night, so it was quite busy and the service seemed a bit disorganized, but despite this, we ate very well. A super positive point was the wait for the pizzas: only 12 minutes from ordering, which is truly remarkable considering how busy it was. We ordered a regular Capricciosa and a gluten-free Margherita. The regular pizza was really excellent: soft dough, authentic and well-balanced ingredients, it deserves a 9. The gluten-free one was also very good: the place is AIC certified, a very important detail for those who must eat gluten-free. The dough is made in-house and the flavor was really good, with quality ingredients. The only small flaw is that I personally found it a bit heavy to digest, but overall it's still a really good gluten-free pizza. The friendliness of the waiters was also greatly appreciated, always kind and helpful. The bathroom was also beautiful and well-kept, which is not to be taken for granted.

Unfortunately, when I returned after the renovation, I didn't find the place I'd left. The atmosphere was modernized, but "cold." Lots of show, little substance (I'm talking about the cuisine, not the pizzeria, which I'm not judging). A high-sounding menu, but little in keeping with the reality of the food. We ordered mussels with a creamed fava bean base, and were brought the classic soute.... When we complained, they told us that the menu was being updated and that they apologized... but we ordered one thing and you bring me another without telling me anything!!! We ordered octopus with potatoes, and were served a plate with three whole octopus tentacles, hard to cut and chew... and the potatoes? Two strips of mashed potatoes as a side. A piece of advice: let's get back to basics: less show, more substance. Last but not least, some responses from the waitress bordered on rudeness. Maybe we just had a bad night, but I don't think I'll be returning, nor will I recommend the place to anyone. I am sorry...

I enjoyed a delicious gluten free pizza, with a wonderful topping as well as a desert pizza afterwards. Very helpful and nice employees and great pizza.
