02/04/2026: An informal diner with friendly service, good food and generous portions. Very strategic location near the Church of Santa Maria la Nova where the Gioia (Risen Christ) exits during the exciting Easter celebration (you need to book well in advance though)

25/03/2026: The food is simply exceptional, and the service is excellent. The staff's knowledge of the dishes and their wine pairings is second to none. The place is welcoming, with a truly relaxed atmosphere. A must if you're in Scicli! We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: I'd just like to point out the attention paid to minor room maintenance. Everything else is pleasant; you sleep very well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is very good. Dinners are decent, but nothing exceptional. The carpeting in the hallways also needs maintenance. The New Year's Eve entertainment was pleasant.

24/12/2025: Definitely 4 stars for the nineties. (sagged mattresses) For 2025, 3. The location is great. The receptionist was pleasant, but for the lady to shove a piece of pizza into my hand on a napkin for breakfast was a real surprise for me. See the photo for the breakfast menu. 14/03/2026: On Saturday, March 14th, I booked a table for four people through TheFork at around 7:00 PM for 8:30 PM. We arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes late, giving the restaurant the opportunity to free up the table. Once we arrived, however, the waiter told us he wasn't aware of the reservation, explaining that the restaurant only uses TheFork "for emergencies." This information, however, wasn't listed on the app, where the reservation was confirmed. During the conversation, the waiter also made a slightly disrespectful joke, suggesting we book by phone next time. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff was willing to seat us, even though the waiter himself continued to insist on booking by phone in the future. Despite this, we still enjoyed our dinner. The food was excellent: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and satisfying portions. Overall, the experience was positive from a culinary perspective, although the booking management via the app and the initial welcome could certainly be improved.

27/02/2026: Very high prices, the quality of the meat in my case was horse meat, really poor and cooked badly, the chips were very dark, oily and without salt, I definitely won't be back

10/03/2026: For a stopover, it's well-stocked. There aren't many tables inside, but the ice cream was pretty good.

07/02/2026: The food and service are decent, the atmosphere is simple. There's ample and convenient parking. It's a shame; it deserves a little more refinement.

19/10/2025: Dinner at this elegant restaurant was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the care and attention to food intolerances, in my case, celiac disease, was exceptional. Thank you again for pampering me that evening at dinner and the next day at breakfast in the café next door. If I ever return to Ragusa, it would be a pleasure to return to Circolo D'Italia.

12/10/2025: The pasta here is so delicious. I had pasta for lunch, and the anchovy spaghetti and sea urchin cream paccheri were absolutely delicious. The anchovy spaghetti was perfectly balanced, and the sea urchin cream paccheri was delicious. If you like creamy pasta, try this. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and they even provide handkerchiefs in the bathroom. I definitely recommend trying this if you're visiting Ragusa. Just make sure to check the bill carefully when you pay! There were two waters, and the dessert was from a different menu. Enough for two Koreans.

20/10/2025: Unbeatable kebab! Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Cheerful and very hospitable staff. Try the hot, freshly fried falafel... A masterpiece!!! Simply the best for this type of traditional cuisine in the province.

29/03/2026: Delicious dinner! We tried the gourmet tasting menu and everything was delicious, the appetizers rich in flavors and unique combinations. The location is also charming, with this view of the baroque square. Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: If you're trying seafood pizza for the first time, be aware that the seafood hasn't been cleaned thoroughly; eating it without this might cause discomfort later. The pizzas are terrible; I definitely don't recommend them.

01/03/2026: I've ordered takeout from Pizzeria S. Antonio in Modica Alta several times, and I can say the pizza is truly delicious! The dough is light and well-leavened, the ingredients are high-quality, and the flavor is always impeccable. Another super positive is the prices: truly, very reasonable, especially considering the quality they offer. So far, I've only tried the takeout service, which has always been punctual and organized, but I'll definitely be eating there sooner or later. Highly recommended! 🍕

07/12/2025: A quick and friendly pizzeria that primarily serves takeout. For a few years now, they've also been seating about forty inside and about twenty outside. Classic pizza with traditional dough, no frills, but also affordable. The Margherita here is still €4! They also make fries and gluten-free pizza. With fries and beer, we spent about €15 per person. The waitress was very kind!
