26/09/2025: Bad night. Saturday night. We had a booked group! Burned pizzas served an hour after ordering, in two batches for a group of seven. Gourmet pizzas lacking character, banal, and with the ingredients listed on the menu indistinguishable. The staff was overworked: they seemed unable to keep up with everyone. When we complained to the waiter at the end of the evening about the burnt pizzas, he told us we could have them remade. Perhaps it was just a bad night for the place, but I won't try again given the quality/price ratio.

21/09/2025: Fast and friendly service, and a menu featuring unique pizzas and other local Scicli specialties like cucciddatu. We ordered a mixed appetizer for an aperitif and then shared a pizza. Plenty of seating is available both inside and outside, on the corner of Piazza Fonte Diana.

The managers are 2 very nice guys and I must say with every order I always feel very good and they are impeccably punctual. Tables always full, a sign that people are happy. Recommended place for families and also for an evening with friends. Large sandwiches and very well cared for in the condiments and prices in the norm.

30/03/2025: The best horse meat in Ragusa, Poldo Planet is the top! The meat is exceptional, tender and tasty, the portions are incredibly generous. The dishes are stratospheric. Welcoming environment, friendly staff and top quality. Going out hungry? Impossible! Super recommended!

The quality of the product was excellent, the pizzas were excellent, with very light dough and perfect cooking, and the ingredients used for the toppings were excellent. The service was perfect, on a lovely veranda; we hadn't booked, and they still served us without any problems. If we want to nitpick, the music was fine, the entertainer was fine, but the karaoke was definitely not. I would recommend it to everyone.

Most importantly, this is not a tourist trap. It’s the real deal – local, authentic, and genuinely welcoming. The gelato is stored properly (not displayed in bright-colored piles), which is a clear sign you’re getting the real thing. Throughout the months leading up to the big day, he was always extremely helpful and kind, ready to accommodate my every request. We had both the civil ceremony and the dinner and party right there at the farmhouse, and everything was impeccable. Quality food. Attention to detail. There was a tiny hiccup (not at his house, but with the suppliers) with the ice cream flavor. We had chosen hazelnut, but they delivered black cherry. Giorgio, mortified by such a trivial "mistake," personally delivered the hazelnut ice cream to me at the end of the evening to make amends. Nothing more to say than words about the spectacular location, the wonderful person Giorgio is, and the professionalism of his staff! Thank you for making our wedding spectacular!

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. On one occasion we were told it would take about an hour, so we just came back later — no problem at all. The pizzas we had were excellent: the dough was delicious and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh and of great quality. We ate once on site, but it’s really more of a takeaway place — which is perfectly fine given the quality of the food. If you’re patient enough to wait a bit, you’ll be rewarded with some truly great pizza! Highly recommended.
