14/06/2025: The best pizza I've eaten in a long time. Delicious airy dough, very large size and delicious toppings. Really what you're looking for in a pizza. In addition, it was also cozy sitting and good service. Definitely recommended!

25/08/2025: The food is excellent, from savory to sweet. Overall, this bar could be excellent with just a few tweaks. In fact, some aspects (e.g., general cleanliness, especially that of the tables) give the impression of neglect. Just as the management has increased prices, they should probably also increase the number of staff to offer adequate service.

14/10/2025: First time in Messina (stop on our cruise) Amazing little place we stumbled upon when walking back from the little beach. Service was great they were so accomadating of 8 hungry aussies (4 adults & 4 Teenagers) . The freshly made Paninis were delicious as were their focaccias flavours. Then the icecream, so creamy, noone disappointed with their choices - yum! And of course the dads had Beers. Everyone Happy & Full

25/11/2025: very cold environment, people shouting as a way of doing things that for them is normal, they give change RANDOMLY AND EVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT, we were planning to eat there but we gave up because of the cold and the noise, which the manager also contributed with his shouting way of speaking. That place is DISGUSTING I have nothing more to say..........

27/04/2025: One of Messina's historic restaurants, which I used to see as a child, and it's been several years. The food is quite good. Yesterday I tried the pasta with good swordfish bottarga, and the other dishes were also satisfying. Prices were normal for Ganzirri, and unlike other places, the kitchen was still open even though it was almost midnight. It has closed permanently. Keep us updated.

08/10/2025: Nice parking lot before you leave for the ferry to Messina. It's a bit dirty, like everywhere in Italy. Nobody tries to keep it clean and maintain cleanliness throughout the country...!!! I saw several young men and women throwing their coffee cups and water bottles under the cars in the parking lot... then they start the cars and leave as if nothing had happened...!!! It's all a matter of Culture and proper upbringing...!!! Nothing personal against you, the Cultural People of Italy...!!! I LOVE Italy...!!! From your Uncle Vanya...!!! 😉😉😉😊😊😊
