01/08/2025: Accueil et service catastrophiques. Personnel et responsable arrogants et irrespectueux, à la limite du tolérable . On nous a demandé 4x si on voulait le restaurant ou la pizzeria en sous sol . Le repas était bon , mais ce comportement gâche tout . Les tables avec vue sur la magnifique terrasse ne sont pas accessibles au commun des mortels. Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant .

30/07/2025: Visited Granduca in July 2025 on the anniversary of our wedding. Especially especially as we had our wedding meal here 22 years ago to the day. First issue was they couldn’t find our booking despite us going in a week earlier and booking our table. That was sorted and we were sat in a very nice seat overlooking the bay. Food was good, not brilliant but was okay. Service was shocking. So unfriendly, unwelcoming and downright snobby. We will not be returning.

25/12/2025: We ordered a maxi kebab with extra ingredients through Just Eat and the piadina was practically empty and the little bit of kebab they put on it was also burnt and inedible, the cokes were warm and 2 portions of burnt chips.

26/08/2025: I ordered from them on Just Eat, the kebab was practically empty, filled only with a long sausage, the cans of Coke were piping hot, the portion of chips was tasteless and soggy, and the chicken sandwich was beyond words…

01/01/2026: Ordered pinsa at 2:00 PM and waited 50 minutes. After repeated reminders, they told us they were in the oven. Waited another 20 minutes and the wrong pinsa arrived.!!! At least let them know about the wait time.

23/11/2025: My rating is: The cappuccino was acceptable, the kind of pastry with the apples was not soft.... Prices are sky high.

25/08/2025: Beautiful location, but rude, uninterested, and incompetent staff. It's impossible that in the middle of August there's no way to heat up a plate of roast potatoes, so we had to eat them cold. The restrooms are appalling, management definitely needs to be changed. The location has great potential, but it's not being fully exploited.

10/11/2025: A welcoming and elegant venue with a good selection of cocktails and well-prepared dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly. Ideal for a quiet evening or aperitif with friends. Overall, a good experience that deserves four stars.

31/05/2025: The food quality was good but the waiting times were out of line: 1 hour and a half for a pizza and 3 first courses, and the starter arrived after half an hour. It should be noted that the place had a maximum of 25 lids when ordering, and the staff was mortified by the situation.

08/11/2025: The servers had a lot of positive energy the food was nice and the view too idk how it’s only 2. Something stars it should be atleast 4!

21/10/2025: We also ate here without checking reviews sadly. The tuna with onions and mint should be avoided. Grey overcooked and terrible! They do really try to sell the catch of the day so they can rip you off! We had a bottle of local red wine which in a supermarket is €6 euros and the owner tried to charge €45.00!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY it’s a total scam.

08/10/2025: Nice parking lot before you leave for the ferry to Messina. It's a bit dirty, like everywhere in Italy. Nobody tries to keep it clean and maintain cleanliness throughout the country...!!! I saw several young men and women throwing their coffee cups and water bottles under the cars in the parking lot... then they start the cars and leave as if nothing had happened...!!! It's all a matter of Culture and proper upbringing...!!! Nothing personal against you, the Cultural People of Italy...!!! I LOVE Italy...!!! From your Uncle Vanya...!!! 😉😉😉😊😊😊

16/11/2025: Went in to get an ice cream, the service was great and people were nice. The ice cream was €5 a cup, we could mix two flavors in one cup. The cups were pretty big (we said we wanted a small variant though). There's only one lactose-free option (apparently) - lemon ice cream (see the photo, pink spoon). The other cup contains melon flavor, which was awesome, and coffee, which was average. (And a spoon of cherry flavor as a taste test.)

16/10/2025: Nothing to complain… at least cafeteria seems to be better than average level here.

08/03/2026: This takeout pizzeria is small and cramped. Both the dough and the toppings are subpar, and the prices are exorbitant.

19/09/2025: I sat down for a Coke with friends, and it was brought to me piping hot with a glass of ice! But the absurd thing is that I paid €10.00 for it! A rip-off! But can you pay for a Coke that costs €1 with a 100% refill? Kudos to the owners!!!!!!

13/09/2025: Nice location, I went for dinner yesterday, September 12th, with a friend. What can I say? I'm used to eating in elegant places where the bill is quite high, and I'm not complaining about that. You pay for quality. Unfortunately, I didn't see anything high-quality in this place. Terrible service. We waited I don't know how long to order anything (not to mention the long wait after ordering). The waiter kept going about his business (there were only the two of us eating, there was another table having an aperitif, and the rest of the room was empty) instead of serving the tables. The food was truly awful. If you go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant in Milazzo, you'll eat better and spend 10 times less. I looked for an exclusive place to eat excellent fish and ended up starving with truly subpar and overpriced fish. Highly not recommended. Get a pizza instead, trust me.

31/12/2025: Everything was fine at first. The surprise came when we paid; we were charged much more than the menu price. When we asked, they said it was for using the table, which we didn't want. But the server sent us there anyway. In my opinion, it's a tourist trap. Just stay away.

08/10/2025: The worst food in Italy, ever. We've been traveling to Bella Italia for years. At least the landlady gave us a discount.

07/11/2025: The owner of the place was incredibly rude. I tried to take a chair to sit at a reserved table, and he started yelling at me to leave it, saying the table was reserved. I told him I'd give him the chair when he needed it, but he continued yelling at me for no reason, saying I wouldn't get up afterward. So I left with my group of friends. This man really needs a customer service and etiquette course. If you can, avoid this place.

30/08/2025: I won't go there again, as if it were the last bar on the island! The owner is arrogant and very rude! I walked in politely asking where the bathroom was, and he replied that the bar was for customers only! When I told him I was, his response? "I don't know. You have to prove it to me." We told him that if he gave us time to order, we were definitely customers. He thought we'd just come in to use the bathroom without buying anything. It's a shame for the guys outside who are pushed around like crazy, because they were very kind... The owner? Change him.
