Un’esperienza indimenticabile al ristorante *Granduca* di Taormina. La location è splendida, ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto è il personale: accogliente, premuroso e di una generosità rara. Un grazie particolare al direttore di sala, persona colta, garbata e capace di mettere chiunque a proprio agio, con consigli sempre attenti e mai scontati. Servizio impeccabile, atmosfera calda e cucina di alta qualità. Un esempio perfetto di ospitalità siciliana. Complimenti sinceri!

Apenas nos habíamos sentado, ni siquiera habíamos abierto el menú, y nos preguntaron qué queríamos pedir. Nos sentimos apresurados, y no fue una experiencia relajante. Las luces están demasiado altas, casi como un ambiente de cafetería. Muy turístico. Tuvimos que pedir un cóctel. Cuando pedimos, la comida estaba fuera en minutos, casi como si tuvieran una gran olla de pasta esperando a salir. ¡Entramos y salimos del restaurante en 30 minutos! Pensé que a los italianos les gustaba relajarse durante la cena. La comida era buena, pero no genial. No recomendaría este restaurante.

03/01/2026: WE'RE NOT HERE! I often order from this place, but lately, as the title suggests, we're definitely not here. I don't want to think for a moment that some lazy employee is causing you to lose credibility, because I know the owner and I know how much he's made to start this place. I can understand the cold pizza, I can understand the Coke next to the sandwich box, and therefore the cold sandwich and hot Coke, I can understand the overly salty potatoes... but it's inconceivable to receive RAW chicken wings twice, and I'm not uploading photos only because I have deep respect for you. Check the employees' work; I'm sure some are doing poorly, because the quality is there and you can taste it, especially in the Smashes, which are delicious; in fact, the 3 stars are for them. The delivery service is very fast, and the staff, besides being punctual, are also very polite.
