30/06/2026: Frumento is one of the best pizzerias. The food is very good and the ingredients are top-quality. The pizzas are made with double dough, either softer Neapolitan or thinner Sicilian, and the toppings are varied and tasty. The staff is friendly, willing to find you a table even during busy periods and to recommend the best toppings. The place is near the Acireale Cathedral and has a truly beautiful atmosphere. Perhaps the only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but you know you're getting quality. Recommended pizzeria if you want to try good pizza!

03/05/2026: Dishonest experience. Recommended checking your order and the receipt before paying. Some friends and I realized we'd eaten a dish we hadn't ordered, but only after paying the bill. The staff didn't inform us they'd given us an extra dish, and after pointing it out, they told us it was our mistake because we'd eaten it, not theirs for serving it. I believe good service is, above all, honest. Mistakes can happen, but communicating them can prevent customer dissatisfaction. If the customer is truly at the center of the service, then it's a good idea. If we'd been told before paying or during the meal that we'd been given an extra dish by mistake, I wouldn't have felt it was a problem to pay for it. But denying, hiding the mistake, and accusing a customer when they ask for clarification is a bit strange. I would also advise the restaurant staff to inform customers in such situations. Inconvenient allergies and intolerances could arise, and that would go far beyond the "I didn't order this dish, why should I pay for it?" argument. We paid, but we won't be returning. We hope you take customer reviews seriously and improve the service. PS: Poor service aside, I don't recommend the sushi here. It's a fusion that covers the flavor of the fish. For Sicily, I expect fresher, more flavorful fish.

The atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and meticulously crafted, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. The food was excellent: beautifully presented, prepared with quality ingredients, and truly delicious. All our guests enjoyed the menu. Special thanks also go to all the dining room staff, always smiling, helpful, and extremely professional. The waiters made us feel very welcome and oversaw every aspect of the evening with attention and kindness. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to organize a special event in a pleasant atmosphere, with excellent cuisine and impeccable service. We will definitely be back!
