We had dinner in this location thanks to the choice of our dear friends from Aciscia.
Excellent family-run restaurant in the historic center of Acireale, reachable on foot.
You can eat excellent first and second courses, fish and even pizza is the protagonist.
Price-quality without competitors especially considering that a good part of the menu is made up of fish-based dishes,,,,after the starter, we enjoyed an excellent fisherman's risotto which was SPECTACULAR to say the least! And above all the main dish "PIETRA SALPA" linguine with mixed seafood covered with mussels and clams.

I recommend making a reservation because it is always full on weekends.
What can I say...trying is believing, we will certainly reserve a next opportunity.

24/03/2024: Abbiamo fatto con i nostri amici un giro pizza in modo di avere la possibilità di assaggiare diversi gusti, tutte le pizze sono ottime, molto buono l'accostamento degli ingredienti per ottenere sapori diversi e ricercati,impasto leggero che non appesantisce.
Anche nella birra si nota la ricerca accurata del gusto.
Ci ritorneremo!

10/03/2024: Camilleri lo avrebbe inserito in un suo romanzo. Ambiente anni 70, compresi i personaggi come il proprietario, seduto ad un tavolo per l’accoglienza, un commensale solitario che curiosava sul nostro ingresso, il cameriere educato e sincero, un tavolo di sei persone già presenti al nostro ingresso e che continuavano a temporeggiare a fine pasto dopo la nostra uscita, le pareti inondate di foto con personaggi famosi, il tavolo e le sedie che sembravano recuperate da un ristorante tirolese… l’idea di esser parte di una storia romanzata mi ha seguito per tutto il pranzo, e già questo è stato estremamente piacevole.
Il cibo? Passato in secondo piano è stato consono all’ambiente, sincero e genuino.
14/02/2024: Siamo stati ad Acireale per l’ultima giornata del carnevale 2024,vicino al Duomo abbiamo trovato questa osteria ,ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene ,lo consigliamo.

04/02/2024: Cozy and delicious pizza. Congratulations for the location located in the historic center of Acireale close to Piazza Duomo. Few tables but excellent service and quality of pizzas. I recommend booking.

24/03/2024: Very good restaurant with many certified slowfood dishes from the Sicilian and Messina/Catania traditions. We tried an excellent fried calamari followed by a delicious fish soup. Honorable note for the perfectly clean fish soup to eat directly with the spoon. Fresh and well-processed fish. We also tried a white pizza and also in this case I found the dough well made.
The service could be improved, I found it slightly distracted and generally not very attentive. They forgot to bring us a dish (baked potatoes) until the end of dinner, when we pointed it out we received many apologies but in any case I think we could have been more attentive (it was low season).
Overall a good pizza restaurant with good value for money.

17/03/2024: Good pizza, bad service. Order placed at 7pm, they tell me delivery at 9.30pm, I accept. At 9.45pm I phone to get news and they ask me to wait another 20 minutes. At 10.15pm they reply that the pizzas are still in the oven. When I point out that I ordered the pizzas three hours earlier, I am told "and I know but it's Saturday". If you cannot ensure home delivery service to the customer, it would be better not to offer it instead of making fun of people.
22/02/2024: Excellent pizza, light and digestible dough. Excellent quality of ingredients. Pizzeria run by young people with a lot of passion and desire to do things.
