10/08/2025: A sumptuous setting featuring carved lava stone. A pool with harmonious waterfalls. Well-maintained greenery. Excellent cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. Harmonious outdoor spaces. I highly recommend it.

02/11/2025: I've been buying traditional truffles all my life. They used to be made with fresh cream, now they're made with long-life cream, and I paid for them as if the cream were fresh.

01/09/2025: A historic and excellent bar, with good coffee, delicious desserts, pizzas, and a ready-made hot food menu. I recommend it.

15/10/2025: Good, almost decent, but not exceptional. It offers reasonably priced meals, but the quality of the menu is similar to that of a good company cafeteria. The deli is well-made. The pastries are decidedly good. The staff is quite courteous and professional. The indoor dining room has terrible acoustics: it's too noisy. The outdoor spaces are better, especially in the summer, when they make a good granita. The availability of parking spaces is definitely a plus: you rarely run out of space.

12/10/2025: Three large breakfasts and two small takeaways: very poor in size, quantity of filling, and quality. However, they know how to charge well. I won't be returning.

09/09/2025: Enjoying the hot food, granita, ice cream, and various pastries in this taste laboratory, which isn't a bar, is an almost unique experience. Paolo uses only high-quality, seasonal ingredients. He combines his father's tradition with his art of reinventing and enriching typical Sicilian products, in addition to the artisanal production of pandoro, panettone, colomba, and various cakes. I would also add the friendliness, politeness, and professionalism of the father and son owners.

25/06/2025: If you want to find the highest quality, you have to go to Bar Doge in Acireale. The zeppole, desserts, hot food, all prepared with top quality ingredients. The owner, Paolo always welcomes you with a smile and manages to entertain customers with joy and spontaneity and an aspect not to be overlooked, you will always find excellent music. I recommend it to everyone

15/08/2025: Embarrassing organization. I called at 8:00 PM to make a reservation, but they gave me a table for 9:00 PM. At 8:40 PM, I called back to let them know about the delay, and we moved to 9:30 PM, where they confirmed. We arrived on time... and surprise: they didn't have a reservation in our name. Their only suggestion? Wait an hour. After two calls and a confirmation, we left. Chaotic management and zero respect for the customer.

20/10/2025: The ice cream and breakfast were excellent. I haven't tried the table yet, but it looks nice.

14/10/2025: We were there during the October holiday season, and a dear friend recommended this bar to us. The service was good... I had a spring onion with sausage, and I can honestly say it was excellent!! I highly recommend it!!

16/11/2025: I went for lunch today for the first time. Excellent food, very bright location. The staff were very kind and smiling. I recommend it. The pistachio dessert was amazing. Excellent.

27/08/2025: The staff is incredibly kind. The food wasn't bad. But honestly, I eat better at home. I had a lemon scallop. The scallop hadn't been floured and was just drizzled with lemon... The other courses, served by various diners, weren't bad, but... It lacked that spark to say wow... They can do it...

11/06/2025: I went with a friend at lunchtime to this bar. As soon as I entered it was as if I bothered them to be there. There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter who seemed to be doing me a favor. I take the granita, the coffee, a little water. Moral of the story nine euros. A bar with such an old fashioned atmosphere, with such simple, normal things to eat. But they seemed like they were doing themselves a favor. Overall elsewhere things cost less with more smiles. They are also made in a better way.

30/09/2025: The restaurant definitely has potential: it's cute, welcoming, and the waiters are extremely kind and polite. The cuisine is also top-notch, and the food is truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service management is disastrous and embarrassing. It's unthinkable that there should be only one person in the entire restaurant taking orders: the result is an interminable wait that leads customers to become tired and, in some cases, to leave! It's not the staff's fault (who deserve respect for their patience and professionalism), but rather the people who organize the work. If the owner thinks this is a strategy, he's very wrong: word of the slow service spreads quickly and risks leaving the restaurant empty—what a great advertisement! It would be appropriate to review the internal organization, optimize the service, and lighten the workload of those taking orders, learning to respect customers' time. With the same courtesy from the staff, better management, and maintaining the excellent quality of the cuisine, the restaurant could really make a difference. (PS: I also recommend turning down the music, because with the volume so high it becomes difficult to communicate or call the staff.)

20/11/2025: Great pizza, friendly service, the pizza didn't even hold up to the photoshoot😀 We've been back many times. I recommend the local wine with the pizza, it's delicious, the whole bottle always bursts👍👌

18/08/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday at a private villa. I had to rely on them for dinner. The food was delicious, high-quality, and at the perfect temperature. The cake was as pictured; absolutely wonderful ❤️❤️❤️
