12/10/2025: The pizzas are excellent, with top-quality ingredients, meat ingredients purchased from the butcher in Piazza Cavour (Borga), light, digestible and crumbly dough, the cured meats are all signed PARMACOTTO (a hymn to quality assurance), the service is impeccable... my favorite is the Focaccia, delicious in all its aspects and flavors, the staff is specialized and very courteous, whether you want to eat in the restaurant or at home, you will be guaranteed excellent service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

13/09/2025: I confirm the reviews, I had taken pizza with chips to say they were 4 burnt slices 🫥 salted ricotta for the whole pizza I went home immediately 2 liters of water kmq I thought as the first time that it was good but wrong place, place to avoid

30/10/2025: Good... acceptable. Unhappy with the arrangement...they gave us a table at the back, near the window, so the smoke from the chimneys was coming in...booked for Thursday...anyway, the pizza was acceptable.

19/10/2025: Excellent in every way! Super fast service! We basically ordered, and after 5-10 minutes the pizzas arrived. Very kind staff and a welcoming and clean place. Excellent prices! Highly recommended!!!

27/06/2025: Paid €9 for a sandwich with only: slice of horse meat, 3 aubergines, tomatoes and chips + lemon beer. And where are we in Taormina with a sea view? Oh no, Catania with a dumpster view. I pointed out the excessive price and was answered very rudely. To be professional, a price table would be enough without it being calculated subjectively based on who makes the sandwich. At this price, there is better elsewhere

15/10/2025: The cocktails are really delicious, but I still don't understand why we paid €9.50 per glass (€8 + €1.50 cover charge), rather than the €7 shown on the menu. The cover charge is fine, but the cocktail went from €7 to €8 at the checkout. Too bad, the cocktail was really very good!!!!!

05/09/2025: Meh. There were only three of us couples, and the guy forgot our order. We ordered a sandwich, and it took 20 minutes to get served. Nevertheless, the sandwich was good.

03/07/2025: — FOOD — Had the estate tasting menu. The starter shrimp is good; the main course seabass is underwhelming. Overall, not an impressive one-star restaurant, overpriced. — SERVICE — Everyone was seated outside. There were many mosquitoes. To make it worse, a cockroach flew on our desk and drank our water. The waiter told me this is nature as we are in nature. That is a deal breaker for me.

02/07/2025: Had a splendid experience at both of our meals at Zash Ristorante. As we were staying at the property, we were able to enjoy the full blown Michelin experience (ordered the 5 course chef’s surprise menu) on Monday evening followed by the pizza menu Tuesday (the restaurant’s “night off”) and both were stellar. Amazing views of the on-site orchard and sea in the distance. The five-course wound up being closer to 7 if you include the hefty bread course and amuse bouche which come with the order. Had some stellar Etna Bianco with both, great service and dining was five star across both very different meals. The tuna belly, ravioli and Pizza Norma were all huge hits and we trusted the Zash team to select amari and wine with little direction at both meals, and they didn’t miss.

11/09/2025: This pizzeria is a takeaway, but you can also sit outside at one of the tables provided. Excellent quality.

27/08/2025: Horrible pizza. We ordered two, a patapizza and a quattro stagioni. The first one had the fries from the day before, so they were hard and tasteless. The quattro stagioni had anything but fresh ingredients, and they were also bland and tasted like something out of a bad shop. I can't understand why it has such high stars. I only ate it because I hate food waste.

26/05/2025: Ho prenotato in questo ristorante per via della mia laurea a Catania, assieme alla mia famiglia...nonostante non ci fossi mai stata mi sono fidata delle recensioni positive e che dire,tutto perfetto! A partire dell'abbondante antipasto composto da minimo 8 portare,per non parlare della freschezza del pesce,sia crudo che cotto...e due primi da leccarsi i baffi,soprattutto la pasta fresca con spada e melanzane,una delizia! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile,a gestione familiare,attenti alla qualità e freschezza dei prodotti...Di sicuro se tornerò a Catania sarà tappa fissa!

18/05/2025: Ho visitato tanti ristoranti rinomati nella mia splendida Catania, ma come qualità e freschezza dei suoi prodotti trovo il ‘ristó delle provincie ‘ difficilmente eguagliabile.. da provare la burrata al gambero rosso di Marzamemi e le ostriche 5 stelle, insieme ad altri prodotti eccellenti, la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale unica..top!
