29/05/2025: Non sono di Catania ma vivo nel Veneto. Tre o quattro volte l’anno vengo a trovare mia figlia che vive qui in centro. Negli anni ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere e frequentare parecchie pasticcerie della zona. Dopo averne provate molte,devo dire che la tradizione del dolce è molto sentita nell’isola e molte pasticcerie si contendono il primato. Dopo accurate selezioni penso che in assoluto come livello qualitativo, creatività pasticcera e attenzione al cliente la Pasticceria Pasubio abbia senz’altro una marcia in più. La freschezza e la fragranza della materia prima fanno sì che tutti i dolci e le torte assaggiate diano parecchi punti di distacco a molte altre che per sentito dire essere più blasonate. La cortesia e il sapere ascoltare il cliente per poterlo soddisfare nelle scelte e nella descrizione del prodotto sono ai massimi livelli.

25/05/2025: Ordered at home, everything arrived in perfect condition, even as if it had just come out of the refrigerated counter and instead it had traveled across half of Italy. Excellent products, among the best cannoli I've ever tried. This is how we work, well done!!!

I tonnarelli all'astice spettacolari!Prezzo onestissimo!Molto consigliato per chi, come noi, vuole assaporare i tesori della Sicilia in maniera veloce, prima di riprendere il viaggio. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio!

08/05/2025: Our breakfast here was included with our Airbnb stay. At first, we were a bit skeptical—the place didn’t look very promising—but we were completely wrong. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. While their English wasn’t perfect, communication was no problem at all. In fact, they went above and beyond, offering us items beyond what was included. The chocolate croissant was fresh and delicious, and the orange juice was outstanding—probably the best we had on our trip. A surprisingly great start to the day.

25/04/2025: Easter lunch with my relatives, the place was full and we had lunch in a fairly small room full of diners and very loud music, you couldn't even hear the neighbor next door. The food and service was good enough, it was just poor. At the time of payment we were asked if we were satisfied and we replied "no" the owner, told us that there were many of us and he could not do better. A suggestion: next time make fewer reservations and you'll see that people come back, those who were with me won't come back.

15/04/2025: Went several times for both lunch and dinner, eating very well, with abundant dishes. Polite and attentive staff, clean room. Very nice owners, they make you feel at ease. I will definitely be back.

08/06/2025: Simple place, but pleasant and quiet, where you can cool off from the summer heat. Always a sure thing for its genuine and homely cuisine. We always gladly return.

30/05/2025: Good Sicilian dishes, all prepared with love. Friendly staff. The food is simply authentic. Not Michelin-starred cuisine. It doesn't have to be. Perfect for those experiencing Sicily for the first time. Personal recommendation for dessert: The pistachio and/or almond semifreddo

19/02/2025: Bar located in the center of Mascali a few steps from Piazza Duomo, where you will find Adriano and Michele who are ready to welcome customers with education and professionalism. I discovered this bar a few months ago and I frequent it every day, for breakfast or for my moments of afternoon relaxation. I recommend it for breakfast, a quick snack or simply an aperitif.

07/06/2025: Cozy place. Excellent pastry shop. The pistachio seven-veil is fantastic, it's their specialty. You can pay by debit or credit card. At the entrance there is a step. But no barrier entering from the sliding doors next to the main entrance. Open until midnight on Saturdays! The owner is an exquisite person, who cares a lot about his customers. Excellent quality. And quality has its price. The quality/price ratio leaves you satisfied. The staff very polite and kind. They are very good at satisfying customer needs in a very short time. Mr. Albicocco is always kind and knows how to "pamper" customers. I recommend pastries and aperitifs

05/06/2025: As soon as you enter the pastry counter is a joy for the eyes. Tried on several occasions, both the breakfast and the mignon pastries and cakes. Everything top. I must say that I consider the staff kind and prepared. When judging you also have to take into account that those who work can be tired and that contact with the public is not an easy thing.

16/04/2025: Nice little cafe/bar in the square on Via Umberto. Used mainly by locals who call in for a coffee and a pastry. Plenty of tables outside for a leisurely drink. Reasonably priced.
