10/06/2025: We were at Ikebana Eventi, for our son's Confirmation, we were welcomed and helped in preparing the day in the best way by Mrs. Marina, where the professionalism and her way of doing things were impeccable!!! Even the waiting staff was professional and kind; the Location, the food is 10 and praise!! Highly recommended when you want to make a good impression on your guests!!! Thank you

05/06/2025: A place that lives up to its reputation, ample parking, a large, well-lit place, with a garden around the event room. Good food, some flaws on the risotto and the octopus but, overall, above average for an event catering.

28/05/2025: We got it from TooGoodToGo. It was delicious and everything worked out perfectly. The service and atmosphere looked good!

08/05/2025: Our breakfast here was included with our Airbnb stay. At first, we were a bit skeptical—the place didn’t look very promising—but we were completely wrong. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. While their English wasn’t perfect, communication was no problem at all. In fact, they went above and beyond, offering us items beyond what was included. The chocolate croissant was fresh and delicious, and the orange juice was outstanding—probably the best we had on our trip. A surprisingly great start to the day.

27/07/2025: The granitas are delicious, but it doesn't matter if the owner, who acts like a boss, treats his employees terribly, constantly yelling at them, berating them, and making the atmosphere in the bar tense, even for the customers sitting at the tables. Our sympathy goes out to the waitresses and waiters, who were impeccable.

30/07/2025: I come here for lunch every time I pass by Etna. The best dining on the entire northeast side. Cool and welcoming outdoor space. Quick and friendly service. Unique dishes... The mixed antipasti, Ragabo pasta, and mushroom ravioli are unmissable. Next time I'll try other items from the interesting menu. The pistachio profiteroles are truly excellent, as is the coffee. For €20-25 per person, you can eat well and in large quantities, all-inclusive.

30/07/2025: The restaurant is located in a spectacular natural setting (the Ragabo pine forest) but is poorly organized (there were nine of us, and they arranged for two tables of five separated by a tree without informing us of this arrangement). The food is relatively good, although the portions are paltry and not commensurate with the price (have you ever seen a sausage knot, a roulade, or a slice of onion no longer than 5-6 cm?). Finally, the service is forgettable, from the girls in the dining room to the owner and the cashier, who are as rude and impolite as any in the world. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful and the food is good (but not commensurate with the prices). All it would take is a little more politeness and consideration for the customer. Personally, I won't be returning; I won't travel an hour to be treated the way I was treated.

01/05/2025: Hospitality and professionalism characterize this bar. Being there for a school event, what struck us most, being in the company of a girl in a wheelchair, was the presence of a platform designed specifically for people with disabilities. This shows a real respect for inclusion and respect for ALL CUSTOMERS. It is rare to find a place that combines quality of service and attention to everyone's needs and this bar does it excellently. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to find quality food, customer care and respect for everyone

30/06/2025: I had booked to go to the pizza grill in via Corridoni, a few hours before I went, a lady called asking me to go to via Santa Sofia in the summer location. When I arrived I realized that the summer location is actually a bar inside a sports center, where in the meantime there were people playing padel and a DJ set with disco music. We had thought of going to dinner in an intimate place and spending a quiet evening, unfortunately it was not like that. We felt cheated. The restaurant bar also has a smaller menu compared to the one in via Corridoni and the quality of the food is mediocre. The stars go to the boy who served us with kindness and courtesy

06/06/2025: The food is really good, unfortunately the staff is not very attentive. Our chips ended up at the next table, we asked for a plate to share the pizza and they brought us a dessert plate asking if it was okay anyway, we had to send back 2 draft beers because they were sour.... But the food is excellent.

12/04/2025: Sono stato in questa struttura più volte. Gelato o granita Tavola calda Oggi ho optato x un pranzo più tradizionale. Primo: casarecce alla norma Secondo: polpette al sugo e contorno di parmigiana di melanzane. Ottima la pasta Sulle polpette mi permetto un piccolo suggerimento x renderle più morbide. Usare della mollica e il latte Vecchia ricetta di mia nonna. Venivano morbidissime. Nel complesso sono comunque soddisfatto delle pietanze

25/07/2025: This place is really nice and right on the water. The menu is primarily seafood and pizza. I can't speak for the pizza but the seafood is fantastic. Nero di Sepia is one of the best I tried in all of Sicily. The fish capacio is also very good. Ambiance is nice and it's right by the coast. One drawback is that it can be a little hot inside especially in the summer when it doesn't really cool down.

27/07/2025: Non è la prima volta che andiamo a cena ad acqua del ferro. Il posto è molto bello, il cibo buono e le materie prime di qualità. Abbiamo sempre notato una cattiva organizzazione in sala, soprattutto da chi prende le comande, ma questa volta si sono superati. Ordiniamo alle 21, al tavolo c’erano due cambi e quindi chiediamo se cortesemente riuscivamo a portare almeno la carne delle bimbe per prima. Dopo 1 ora e mezza e diversi richiami, siamo riusciti a capire che la nostra comanda era stata persa per un problema al palmare! In sala tutti avevano mangiato tranne noi, e il personale non si era accorto di nulla. Posso capire l’errore del palmare ma se dopo 45 minuti inizio a chiederti della comanda, vai a controllare! Tutto questo è un peccato perché il posto è bello e si mangia bene Forse dovrebbero firmare meglio il personale
