It's not up to me to judge "Bar Alecci," which is an institution.
My personal advice: if you go for a granita, don't miss the pistachio flavor.

I visited this café for breakfast and I have to say I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and upon noticing my presence at the table, they immediately took care of my order quickly, thus eliminating the wait. (Unfortunately, in other cafés, customers are sometimes ignored by the wait staff.) I must say I received excellent service here, and the jam-filled croissant was truly filling from the first bite to the last. Above all, they use high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying their breakfast, hot food, and granita. Kudos to the wait staff, too.

A bar where time seems to have stood still, where you can enjoy one of the best granitas in the Etna area.
Their pistachio and toasted almond granitas are famous, which are my favorite flavors.
Excellent hot food and the pastry shop offers its black baba with cream, chocolate dough, and orange liqueur.
There is seating inside, on a veranda, and outside.
Prices are moderately high, recently in line with other establishments, but there's no cover charge.

For me they are better granitas than ct .... Try them with pistachio, chocolate and toasted almond and mulberry ..... Accompanied with the brioche col tuppo ✌️✌️👍
