We visited this restaurant for dinner with family and friends. The first thing that strikes you is the warm and friendly welcome from the owner, Alessandro. The clean, simple, and informal atmosphere is perfectly suited to the philosophy of the food served.
The menu consists mainly of sandwiches and focaccia, although there are also some first and second courses. But these aren't your typical sandwiches, but rather true specialties that draw on Tuscan tradition, such as lampredotto, or Tuscan specialties like Colonnata lardo or porchetta, or fruit of the owner's imagination, such as Lampre-Polpo. They also offer off-menu options that change daily, such as the Pulled Ribs Sandwich (exceptionally delicious) or the ribollita.
I tried various sandwiches and even a focaccia, and I must say that they all have their own unique flavors that delight the palate. To round out the meal, you can also order desserts, some of which are homemade (Dolci della Mamma) and truly delicious.
The price is low and the quality/price ratio is exceptional.
The restaurant, on the ground floor, is small, but upstairs there is a room that can accommodate even slightly larger groups. Reservations are recommended if you're in a group. If you're passing through the center of Massa, I recommend trying FATTY's specialties!

For a different dinner, there are many small dishes to try, both meat and fish.
