Fucina di Vulcano In Bronte

Stunning location, a modern space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a splendid view of Mount Etna. Impeccable cuisine and excellent service.

On Sunday, March 1st, during a sporting event, I was invited to lunch with other referees at this restaurant. Aside from the road to get there, which had a few hiccups since we're not from the area, La Fucina di Vulcano is located in a vast green area. Everything feels welcoming, from the parking lot entrance to the building itself, with its large windows offering a beautiful view of Mount Etna. From what I saw, it has two rooms, one on the ground floor and another upstairs, where we were welcomed. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. Our menu included a first course with pistachios, a second course with pork and pistachios, potatoes and vegetables, plus a drink and coffee. It was a pleasant experience. I can't tell you about the rooms because we didn't stay overnight, but the accommodation aspect certainly won't be any less so. We'll definitely be back at the next tournament.

I stayed for work at this property, which was nothing short of fabulous. From the location...facing Etna...to the super clean and fragrant rooms, and a special mention to Roberta and Vanessa, who were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks again.

My partner, my five-month-old daughter, and I visited La Fucina di Vulcano in early November. It was a wonderful culinary and scenic experience: the place is meticulously maintained and enjoys a stunning location, with a direct view of Mount Etna. The dishes are prepared with great care and offer authentic flavors. A truly special place, absolutely worth a visit.

Absolutely flawless! I stumbled upon this place by chance, after enjoying a small ice cream in Bronte. Honestly, I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was incredibly pleasant, cordial, and warm. The evening meal was simply perfect, with pistachio in every dish. And in the morning, upon waking, a completely unobstructed view of Mount Etna—just perfect for breakfast! Thank you a thousand times over for this wonderful place.
