Panificio Pizzeria IL Forno In Nicolosi

First time trying their pizza and schiacciata! I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The pizza is always well-cooked and well-topped. There are many flavors available. The schiacciata is also truly excellent. The crust is thin but crispy, and the filling is flavorful but not overly heavy. Unfortunately, the wait was over an hour because the pizza pans were sold out.

Overall, I liked it. I recommend it. The downside is that if you want to eat pizza there, you can only sit in the chairs after 8 pm. I thought that was absurd. I arrived at 7 pm and ate outside. They wouldn't let me use the tables and chairs. But... the pizza is good, the service was good, and the price is excellent. I paid 2 euros for a large slice of pizza. If you're in the Etna area, in Nicolosi for example, it's worth going there to eat.

A polite and accomodating staff, large selection of bread items, clean and charming atmosphere, and everything we've bought has been delicious. They accommodated a very large order for our house gathering, but the best part is the smell as you enter.... aaaahhhh.... so good!!
