The Maree appetizer is complete and well-prepared.
The medium-rare tuna steak (tail end) is excellent.
The warm cassatelle are recommended, but the seafood couscous is the real highlight!
The staff is truly kind and friendly. Excellent value, whether for a quick lunch or a more elaborate one.

A welcoming and authentic atmosphere, truly delicious pizza, and reasonable prices. The place was packed, with many people waiting: a sign that they really know their craft. A simple yet high-quality place, where you can breathe in the authentic Palermo atmosphere.
07/10/2025: We celebrated (half) my son's birthday at this place, at his recommendation, as he had been there before.
After spending €150 for two appetizers, six pizzas, and six cans of drinks, we weren't allowed to open the bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine I had brought with me. So we celebrated his birthday at home, even bringing the cake back with us, something that had never happened at other places in the city.

From the quality of the fish, incredibly fresh, to the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff, to the master chef (originally Japanese!) who prepared true masterpieces before our eyes.
A perfect experience in every way... in fact, even better than we expected!

Everything is made with incredibly fresh ingredients, and the chefs add a creative twist to the dishes that really makes them stand out. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, and they speak English. Be sure to make a reservation, as it’s very popular. We ended up dining here twice during our four-day stay on the island. 07/03/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Thin, with a delicious dough and excellent quality ingredients. The food is also excellent; we usually order the tagliata or the fritto misto, and they're truly excellent!
And the staff... number one! Always smiling and super efficient. Keep up the good work!

Reservations are essential, otherwise you risk having to wait… The staff, however, work hard to quickly clear tables and make them available for those waiting.
The octopus and mussels are a must-try!
