Eating at La Botte isn't just a restaurant experience: it's an authentic sensory experience. Here, there's history, passion, and true gastronomic culture. The Cascino brothers have built a significant legacy of Sicilian cuisine, training generations of professionals and leaving a profound mark on the region. Theirs' cuisine is "classic," and precisely for this reason, extraordinary: authentic flavors, respected ingredients, dishes that tell a story. Every time I return, it's a confirmation: the highest quality, a warm welcome, and a unique atmosphere. I recommend everyone to immerse themselves in this gastronomic heritage. A charming place that combines excellent traditional food with the chef's unique interpretations. The location is beautiful and well-kept. The owners are delightful people who strive to please their guests in every way. The maître d' is professional and attentive. What more can I say? If you want an elegant, romantic setting with excellent food, this is the place to go. I forgot to mention that it's a restaurant very suitable for large events. Everything will be perfect! We've tried it on several occasions (weddings, baptisms, and a 25th wedding anniversary).

A comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything is taken care of. The fireplace creates a family atmosphere, impeccable service, quality and tasty food... Highly recommended for a quiet, carefree evening.

03/07/2026: We ordered here twice during our week-long stay in Palermo. Pizza and fried chicken. Both the portions and the quality of the food were perfect. I have never eaten anything this good in all of Italy. There is a wait, which is understandable due to their high turnover, but it is worth it.
13/06/2026: Non forgettable experience as a tourists ;) Seems like it’s family pizzeria and the owner makes pizza himself (they also have chiken, potatoes, arranccini and such a food, very popular among locals). Pizza was wonderful, as well as arrancini - the best ones I’ve ever tried. Prices are very reasonable! And small pizza here it’s a regular pizza for any EU country 😁, meanwhile the big pizza is a huge one 🤪 with a kilo of topping! Amazing. A lot of locals here, so the place makes definitely good quality food. One thing you need to know - there is a huge orders load, so for our 1 small pizza we had been waiting about an hour. Locals call to order, use a moto-delivery or order and coming back in an hour to take the food. Experienced;)
