16/08/2025: We ate here three evenings in a row. The food was excellent every time. The restaurant was always full, so you had to be a bit patient. But that shouldn't be a problem for a dinner party. Complimenti a tutti! Grazie della vostra cordialità

23/08/2025: Unpleasant experience at Bites. Despite having a reservation, we arrived after about two hours. Staff were sparse and unhelpful. The pizzas arrived around 11:20 PM, when we were already very hungry and had little patience. Two stars for the food only for the salmon pizza; the other one was unclassifiable. Honestly, it's not a place I'd recommend.

23/08/2025: Terrible organization. No point in booking, as the table won't be ready. Mediocre food; you can definitely find much better in Palermo. The all-you-can-eat on Fridays is definitely not worth it, and be careful not to leave anything on your plate because you'll definitely be overcharged. The overcharge might be okay, but wasting so much precious time standing outside isn't. I'm surprised this place is still popular. Plus, it's super noisy.

26/07/2025: I arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 PM after booking a table for two at that time. They told me they didn't offer table service, the place was very small and without air conditioning, and then I noticed with great surprise that there were no arancini, but rather stale leftovers from another hot food outlet. Disappointed by the somewhat unfriendly welcome, I decided to go elsewhere.

10/07/2025: This place was recommended to us by family friends. It's a truly peaceful place, and the food is superb. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. WELL DONE!

07/09/2025: Great pizza joint, walked past and the queue was out the door, and I can tell why. I had the grande Diavola and it was more than enough for two. The pizza counter is a hive of activity, and the temperature next to the ovens must be 100°+. The pizza is bursting with flavour, the base is cooked perfectly. There's a great choice of flavours/styles and heaps of fries and sauces. If you're in the area and looking for a great authentic pizza experience, give these folks a shot.

21/08/2025: Well, the sunset was definitely the best part. Eating pizza on the beach was also a good thing. Let's just say it was acceptable. A tip: when a customer comes in, give them a big smile and maybe ask what they'd like, because I stood at least a minute in front of the counter without being spoken to. Thanks.

25/06/2025: the coffe was horrendous. cappuccino was like milk with hot water, no coffee taste. the paninis had poor quality fillings. was pretty pricey compared to other places we’ve been to. very bad experience!

18/06/2025: We arrived at the place late at lunch time, around 3 pm, despite this, the owner was super kind to let us sit and prepare us some excellent sandwiches on the spot, with fresh bread made on the spot in the wood oven. Thank you very much for your kindness

09/06/2025: In 16 years that I have lived in this town, I have never had the brilliant idea of ​​trying this pizzeria. We enter this bar/pizzeria at 9 pm, we are immediately told that there were a couple of people before us, so we quickly decide to order a seasoned bread. What a disgrace! We waited 1 hour and 20 for a horrible product! I don't think you can ruin a bread like you did. Everything completely burnt, wrapped in foil, and it tasted of cinnamon. I don't know how it is really possible, I have never seen such a squalid product. Further along there is a pizzeria that opened less than 1 year ago, I won't say the name out of respect, I can only say that it is located in the place of the old Elison pizzeria. Try it and believe it. Super low prices but they certainly don't give you burnt food.

02/06/2025: Tonight, since the takeaway pizzeria where we get our supplies was closed, we wanted to try the seasoned bread from this pizzeria: well, in addition to the lack of kindness from all the staff (including the owner, who as a good local "takes care" of the customers he knows, ignoring the new ones), the pizza chef, thought it was a good idea - once this UNSALT bread was baked (as it was completely devoid of oil, as well as "made do" with very few ingredients) - to wrap it up quickly, putting it inside the appropriate cardboard, so as not to show that said bread was burnt! What can I say... Shame! Making fun of people, believing that we were dealing with petty and venal people like you! It would have been more appreciable to remake the bread, but I understand that only honest and loyal people, as well as professional and skilled, would have done that! Shame on you! A place to avoid!

07/06/2025: I ordered a chicken at 8:30 pm, it arrived at 10:30 pm. During these hours I called the chicken shop repeatedly who didn't even apologize for the delay, making a series of excuses one after the other. SERIOUSNESS 0. Not even 1 euro discount for the inconvenience caused to me. Shame on you.

24/08/2025: I had mediocre gelato...at this gelateria I had some of the best gelato in Palermo...I remember you were among the first to offer Sicilian pistachios, and for me you were the best...but now, unfortunately (for me), it's just a sad memory. I hope this was a constructive review, and I hope to return to eat the best gelato.

29/04/2025: Il locale si presenta abbastanza accogliente, personale disorganizzato, cibo pessimo, mi hanno servito una frittura di pesce congelata, il fritto misto già pronto, pronto da friggere, gusto amaro e pesce di paranza, di legno!! Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto carino! È proprio difficile in questa zona fare un posto che si mangi bene!!

16/04/2025: Beim ersten besuch war die pizza hervorragend. Beim zweiten nicht, wohl weil der pizzaiolo krank war. Der salat ist gut, auch die dazugereichten brötchen. Die musik ist ziemlich laut. Tolle lage direkt am strand. Das personal sehr freundlich.

09/07/2025: We ordered a rotisserie chicken and had a nasty surprise at home. The chicken was very cold and tough, definitely not freshly made.

20/08/2025: Beautiful property, well-maintained common areas, and a lovely pool. Comfortable rooms with barely adequate furnishings (low-end 3*), not soundproofed, and lacking privacy. The restaurant offers good value for money. Reception staff are sparse and can be reached by cell phone. Check-out policy: 11:00 AM, late check-out at 12:30 PM for €50, and full room rate at 6:00 PM.

18/08/2025: Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. The atmosphere may be nice, but the welcome was truly unpleasant. The owners were rude and unhelpful, with a cold and unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.
