09/05/2025: Bad experience in the fish department. The fish had an unpleasant odor even from afar, a clear sign that it was not fresh. I tried to give it a chance, but once I got home the bad smell was even stronger. Really poor quality, absolutely unacceptable for a supermarket that should guarantee safe food products. I strongly advise against buying fish in this store. More serious quality control is needed.

31/07/2025: I expected more... well-kept hotel... 2 nice pools but no entertainment or a lifeguard... plus on the lawn by the pool there are ants, the red ones that bite and swell you worse than mosquitoes... at least I'm speaking for myself who had to resort to a cortisone cream... no catering... a challenge for lunch since everything in the surrounding area was closed... what can I say... shame... a hotel with great potential... but I definitely won't be returning...

13/07/2025: Atmosphere really nice because right next to the sea. However, my food (seafood pasta) had a white plastic string in it. Once i pointed it out to the waitress, she proceeded to tell me that stuff flies in the air and what do i expect. Once i told her that it was in my plate and then in my mouth, she took the string of plastic and mumbled something and walked away. My starter salad (insalata mista) had 2 ants and a fly in it. I told them about this, and that i want to cancel the salad. To their credit, they did, but then the salad was listed on the bill after all. After we told them we canceled the salad they did remove it from the bill, but added bread for 3 euro. This is the same bread we ASKED whether it comes with the fried fish plate, to which they said that it does….. in the end, we left very annoyed and disappointed at the type of service which is often seen in italy: first defend and then blame the customer or the environment (aka plastic strings, ants, flies, etc.).

13/07/2025: Great location and nice atmosphere but I received seafood pasta that had a piece of plastic rope in it and when I pointed it out to the staff they just acted annoyed and shrugged it off.

31/05/2025: I often go there during my lunch break when I'm in Syracuse for work, easy to reach even if parking is a bit limited in the centre, good products, excellent quality/price ratio

03/06/2025: Delicious! As tourists, we didn't know we had to order inside, and then we could eat outside. No problem. This was one of our first meals in Palermo and it was the best.

04/05/2025: Of the best pizzerias in Palermo, I'm surprised they have such a low score. The pizzas have very homemade and typical Sicilian flavors, but I give the base of both the dough and the tomato sauce a 10/10. The service is super good, the prices incredible compared to other pizzerias here in Palermo that charge a lot and lack flavor.

18/07/2025: So, I've been sitting in this shop for an hour and still haven't gotten my food. As a tourist, you're a second-class guest, it seems. I'm invited and hoping for the best meal of my life, since the shop really isn't that busy, so a long wait would be justified. People who came after us are already leaving. I hate Italy.

07/07/2025: Nice restaurant with good service and a nice sea view. All 5 of us agreed that the pizza we were served was the best we have ever eaten👍👍

21/08/2025: A disappointment! We asked for a yellow bubble and were presented with a 2017 with no other choice. Not suitable for our dinner. The fish selection was disappointing. The tuna was overcooked. The lemon sorbet was chemical.

12/07/2025: Miglior location a Catania e provincia dove si cena e si balla, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale, servizio veloce, professionale e cordiale, pista e musica eccellente sia all'aperto che in sala, pizza di qualità e possibilità di variare anche con altre pietanze, sono compresi assaggio di primi, patatine e d'estate granite e brioche, il fiore all'occhiello le graffe a fine serata. Tutto questo grazie a Mario e Silvana l'essenza del locale.

23/08/2025: Last night my partner and I decided to try pizza at the table and fries as an appetizer. The fries were crunchy, and both mine (with figs and prosciutto) and my partner's (pistachio and burrata) were excellent. We were amazed because we didn't expect them to make good pizzas. I'm giving it four stars for now because, honestly, I'd like to: - Try other products and get an objective view of the place. - Give one of the waiters a constructive criticism; he was a young man. I suggest you smile more with customers, because you have a really sweet manner and could improve! (I know it's hard to be that way after a day at work.)
