19/08/2025: Starting with the queen of Messina, her majesty the traditional Messina focaccia, and the king, the orange with ragù, I've tried everything from pasta dishes to rustici. The quality is excellent, the products are incredibly tasty, and they're prepared by highly trained and friendly staff. I've often had friends and family try the various products, and they've always had the same opinions as me. I've also tried other rotisserie shops and bakeries in the area, but none are as good as "Rosticceria Armaleo." And if anyone says otherwise, we'll all accept it. The world is beautiful because it's varied, and there are always people who nitpick... Congratulations to the entire staff at "Rosticceria Armaleo" and to the super-friendly owner. Keep up the good work...

28/08/2025: Terrible pasta with zuccata, mediocre baked cassata. The waitresses whisper to each other secretly at a customer's request, in pure "village" style. Outdoor area with a very pleasant view of a gas station. Look elsewhere: the desserts, not the gas.

27/08/2025: During our vacation, we had breakfast every morning, choosing croissants, pastries, and much more, always fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. We also tried the savory options, with various sandwiches and delicious pizzas. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: From the moment I arrive I had a happy smile on my face. The location its beatufil, and the service feels premium. The team greets you warmly, takes care of your things and creates a great first impression. The location is perfect if you want to disconnect from city life and beach crowds. It is surrounded by countryside, full of peace and relaxation. Rooms and amenities keep the charm of a farm but deliver the quality of a premium hotel. The pool is one of the highlights. It is beautifully set, perfect for the sun, with drinks, small snacks and even refreshing granitas available. The only things that could be better is the dining experience (only reason I don’t say its a 5star). The food is nice, well set up but compared to other places in Sicily (fancy or not) it could have a lot more flavor to it. Both breakfast and dinner are served in the indoor dinner, the space is elegant but with such a beautiful location and pleasant temperatures it feels like something is missing by not having the chance to dine outdoors. Oh and their wines, that surely you will appreciate as they had really great options by the glass to try a few different ones. Overall Susafa is an excellent retreat for peace, relaxation and premium service, with only small room for improvement in the dining experience but well had only 1 night and would love to experience it further again.

18/08/2025: Amazing one of a kind experience. Location is definitely tough but well worth a couple of nights to relax and unplug. We did a day trip to Cefalu + one to Punta Grande while here. Having the owner on property was a nice touch & you can tell how much he cares about Susafa & Sicily. Best croissants we have ever had ... would return for those alone.

12/08/2025: The event poster on various social media stories says "Free entry" (which everywhere means free entry). However, when we arrived, the owner said she wasn't the organizer of the event and we had to pay €10 per person for a cocktail at the door, even though we only wanted two colas. She charged us €20 for four colas for two. I find it hard to believe she didn't know anything about the poster, considering it's her place and she didn't even bother to check on the spot. I hate to give it one star, but customers shouldn't be fooled. Update: The lady at the counter said she was the owner, and we both heard her say that; I wasn't making it up.

12/08/2025: This place was convenient to our hotel , and service was good, but the food was horrible. Salad( no dressing). So very bland, no flavor. Margarita pizza no flavor 3 Pieces of basil ( Parmesan was thick and fell off) the calamari was delicious but no dipping sauce, till we were almost done.

25/08/2025: I recently had breakfast at this café, which left me quite disappointed, both for the prices and the service. Two of us sat down and ordered a plain croissant, a vegan croissant, and two oat milks, one with decaf coffee. When the receipt arrived, we noticed that it listed items different from those we actually ordered. However, the cashier reassured me that the prices were the same. We paid €8.50, an amount I've only seen in tourist spots, not in a neighborhood café. The service was disappointing. The waiter repeatedly got our order wrong, taking it back several times. Although I love eating out for breakfast, this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope the café can improve both its prices and service, so that customers can enjoy a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.

17/07/2025: Non è stata la prima volta che ci sono stata, e speravo che qualcosa fosse cambiata dall'una volta. Sicuramente si, ma in peggio, sia come qualità che come quantità. Parte degli antipasti sono stati richiesti perché dimenticati di servirli, qualche altro dimenticato proprio! La fetta di carne arrosto da dividere in due persone🤦. Ed il prezzo pure aumentato!! Ok, la prossima volta opteremo per altro.....

13/07/2025: Ho cenato al Ristorante Pane e Vino e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. L'ambiente è accogliente e il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ho ordinato l'antipasto la carne squisita, con sapori equilibrati e una presentazione curata. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente!"

22/04/2025: Il locale è molto carino, essendo ancora fresco e ventoso ci siamo accomodati all’interno , abbiamo gustato un ottima pizza , la Siciliana, buono l’impasto basso, con pomodoro, salsiccia, burrata, ragusano e una granella di pistacchio, la cottura al forno a legna perfetta, ottima la birra locale e poi per finire il fantastico Bacio accompagnato dal Passito Donnafugata, il servizio è veloce e attento. Conto finale, due pizze, due Baci una birra e due Passiti 73 euro ci stanno.

08/09/2025: Uh, despite the sultry atmosphere, 47 euros for a grilled sea bass without any side dishes? With a pizza and a beer with a bottle of still water, total 79 euros! Thieves. The cashier talks to her friends while you pay, like, "Don't ask me any questions."

07/09/2025: Stopped for lunch on our way down the cost. Incredible view. Incredible food (risotto). Great service. Memorable visit, thank you.
