01/09/2025: I dined here on Sunday evening and I have to say that the initial impression was very good thanks to the very pleasant setting and atmosphere, thanks also to the Christmas and mountain theme. However, as soon as the main courses arrived, everything changed drastically: the waiter was particularly strange because he intentionally switched the plates despite us having told them who owned them. Okay, let's pretend he was trying to be nice. As soon as I picked up the plate with the green pepper fillet, the stench of rotten meat that had been spoiling for at least several days (if not weeks) completely destroyed my appetite. I wanted to try to eat it all the way through out of respect for my fellow diners, but I couldn't, and I also spent the evening in the bathroom with a terrible stomach ache. It's absolutely incredible that someone would serve something like this. Moreover, I asked for it medium rare and it arrived still mooing (in a slurred way, since, judging by the smell, it could have been a zombie cow at best). My girlfriend ordered pumpkin cream gnocchi, which tasted like they'd been burned during cooking; the guanciale was soft and chewy. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it; it's a shame about the atmosphere.

31/08/2025: Last night I went to Baita di Rosemary in Nicolosi and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The menu was ridiculous and lacking in choice, and the service was embarrassing: the waiters kept coming to my table to ask me what I'd ordered, as if they didn't even know what they were doing. The beer was watered down, the pizza was burnt with dough from a frozen supermarket, and the bruschetta even had rotten tomatoes. It was a low-quality canteen, passed off as a restaurant. Calling it awful would be a compliment: a mockery for anyone who sets foot there. Highly discouraged.

08/08/2025: This restaurant is a truly authentic way to enjoy the seafood of the island of Sicily. The food is inexpensive yet very tasty and high quality, with friendly service!

31/05/2025: A CORNER OF PARADISE: We stayed in this residence and it was simply wonderful! Surrounded by nature just a stone's throw from the sea with crystal clear waters. The pool is a real gem, always clean and well-kept. The restaurant exceeded my expectations: very fresh and delicious dishes and with kind and always available staff. We will be back soon!!!!

02/05/2025: It was very nice but I recommend turning on the air conditioners before people arrive and that some breakfast items can be put away for the rest everything is nice

17/06/2025: Terrible experience, I will never go to these bars again. I witnessed a pitiful scene, where some employees were mocked and targeted by the "superiors". Are we surprised not to find employees? Respect is the basis of everything, it matters little what you sell but how you sell. They made me lose the desire and I preferred to leave. Shame!

13/04/2025: Location fiabesca mia figlia ha scelto questo luogo per il suo diciottesimo e anche il fotografo ha apprezzato sia l'esterno che l'interno con varie zone molto coreografiche, ma non solo anche i proprietari cordiali e disponibili, con loro abbiamo organizzato e coordinato tutti i vari passaggi. Personale gentile e anche i servizi esterni consigliati si sono dimostrati all'altezza. La festa è andata alla grande e la cena scelta con loro, buonissima impreziosita ancora di più dall'abbellimento dei tavoli a tema con il colore del vestito di mia figlia. Consigliato vivamente!!!

13/04/2025: Fairytale location with many natural views for which the photographer of the evening went to great lengths for photographic ideas, but not only that, friendly and kind owners with whom we agreed and organized my daughter's eighteenth birthday. Professional staff during the evening, as well as the external services offered such as entertainment and more, proved to be up to par. Highly recommended!!!

12/08/2025: The place is truly superb. The food is wonderful, with a wonderful view. The food is always top-notch. If I want to eat fish and make a good impression, I always recommend them. The portions are generous. I ask for seconds of some dishes, like the peppers and potatoes. The owner and the wait staff are always kind and helpful.
